This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors and trash under equipment that should be kept clean. Piles of dirty dishes on same counter as employee cutting meat to be served. Guy rolling my burrito decided to put gloves on half way through rolling it up. Broke ice machine and so on. Corporate needs to step in asap. I have been in food service 35 years and this location is unacceptable.

2/4 of the last mobile lane orders were wrong. Not even close. Todays was completely incorrect, with the right name on the bag and order on the cover. The bowl was thrown in the bag and damaged, leaking into the bag. Nice. Don’t trust them to make the order correct on mobile. Easy reason to uninstall the app and avoid going here in the future.

I don’t choose Chipotle often, but after today I likely won’t be back ever. We arrived during a slow time and were greeted by dirty tables and 4 employees standing around on cell phones. When we reached the counter, the ingredients were low and once we started ordering our bowls I was shocked about how skimpy the servings were. Again, there we plenty of people standing around to prepare more food and replenish the coolers. I got the feeling they simply didn’t want to work. After our bowls were assembled, we waited for nearly 10 minutes while the cashier finished drive thru orders. She didn’t acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes and finally (without eye contact) let us know she’d be with us shortly. 5 minutes later and it felt like our presence was unwelcome and an inconvenience. I was seconds from walking out. Honestly just so disappointed with the experience. Food was fine but not worth $25. Would not recommend this location.

I feel like it’s popular to bash Chipotle and, for whatever reason, this one in particular. And I’ve definitely been to some *bad* Chipotle locations. However, I’ve maybe had one “miss” out of the 20+ times I’ve been here. The ingredients are fresh the vast majority of the time. The place is typically clean enough. It’s fine.
As far as the staff goes, they are pretty consistently quick, friendly, and give fair portions relative to other Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Yeah, it’s not the warmest customer experience in the world, but it doesn’t have to be because, again, it’s a Chipotle. You’re there for a quick meal. If anything, it’s often other customers that I see having a default bad attitude towards the staff (maybe resulting in some of the perceived poor customer experiences in other reviews?).
Overall, it’s Chipotle bro. You know what you’re getting and it’s typically fine. If you want something cheaper, make it yourself and if you want something better, go somewhere local and pay $25+ for a meal.

The experience in-store is fine, but I’ve never gotten a correct pickup order. The last three times I’ve paid for guacamole in a bowl or burrito, I haven’t gotten it. I’ve also just been missing meat entirely on my order before too and only gotten beans/rice/salsa. This location is very convenient for me but I’ll just have to make the trip across town to the other one, unfortunately.

Walked in at 5:45 and there was BARELY any food available. I then waited 15 mins and then ordered my usual. Tasted awful. Not good at all. My kid didn’t even wanna eat it. Avoid this location. There’s a reason the other location is always busy

We often go here when most places are closed around this part of town. This said, we are talking around 8pm, which is hours before they actually close. Almost every time we go they are out of one or more ingredients. This is a lot considering there are not that many to choose from in the first place. It is surprisingly rare for them to have veggies, which seems like a very simple thing to keep stocked, and to sauté more of when they run out. Strangely, they never seem to be able to make it happen. I am not sure how they cannot plan properly for the food they will need for a day, or to identify when they are getting low and take the necessary measures to address it. It would make more sense if it this was a once off situation. But this is almost weekly. It has become a running joke to guess which things they will be out of, and what reasons will be given for not being able to restock them. It is too bad, as their prices are great, the food is decent, and they all seem to be polite folks working there. The place is often a mess, which is the only other downside. Not sure if they are just perpetually understaffed, or simply do not care to wipe any of the tables and counters during down time. We just try to find the table or counter space with the least amount of food on it, and sit there. Really wish they could pull it together just a little bit more to make the experience a bit more dependable. Again, nice employees, and great pricing, just really poorly managed.

when you first walk in you’re greeted by three overflowing trash cans and tables full of trash as well, followed by 5 stinky dudes on their phones. Ordering anything is almost pointless since they are always out of half the ingredients by 6pm. they seem like they don’t want to work or be there at all. this one guy got so close to throwing a fit because he had to re-enter my order. not inviting, not a good time. and don’t plan on using your points at this location for some reason only this location has ever had issues with it taking your free item off and they couldn’t care less to help figure it out.

If you get there and they are open it’s an okay place to eat. Average food at best in a production facility. Inside was clean throughout. The excuse for not having multiple items this time is cause they just opened. Service was friendly. Clearly understaffed with inept management that has checked out. Some people love this place and I just don’t know why…

Food was decent but the employees were all pissy and kind of rude. It felt like we interpreted an argument and had that awkward silence going on between everyone or something. I also felt like it wasn’t very family friendly as my 4 year old who was singing and happy and cheerful seemed to make the lady who checked us out even more angry. Wouldn’t go back to this location unless everything else was closed on that side of town. Lol
