We like coming here to eat after Sunday church. We had a 6 top but I have to say the southwestern wrap was the best of the plates. They were all very well done but this one stood out the most. We asked for a crispy tortilla and we had a crispy tortilla for the wrap. Not burnt. It was just perfect. Followed by the wings. They did them crispy how I like them, also on special request. The meat was not dried out. the chicken skin crispy l, how we were expecting it. Thank you very much for fulfilling our picky family! And our server Katia, thank you so much for your beautiful smile and good service. We enjoyed our visit and food. Mrs Marie, thank you for greeting us so nicely. You made the kiddos feel special by knowing what we want to drink as soon as we go in there. We appreciate you all for blessing our morning.

I visited this location with my family this morning, and their customer service was fantastic! It may have taken a while to get seated here, but despite an incident with a server who spilled a drink while giving us our food and having to pay for the refill, they quickly fixed their mistake. The food we had was hot and cooked right. It is another option for families and groups who are not in the mood for restaurants such as Western Grill or El Portillo. A bit of advice, try to beat the after-church crowds, and you are good to go here.

I haven’t been here in 3 months. The last time I came the food was great. Everything was great. This time we came in the afternoon. We had been looking forward to coming here all day. I had ordered a breakfast plate. My food was cold and my eggs were runny. The sausage was not cooked correctly, it was still pink. Our waitress did try to fix my breakfast plate. She even went back to the kitchen and said she cooked it herself, but the green bells were still not cooked correctly. My daughter ordered a bacon turkey ranch sandwich and it was also cold and her fries were not fully cooked. I paid for that plate. My plate was taken off the ticket. I still left hungry. If a simple breakfast plate and a sandwich plate can’t be cooked right then there’s no point in it. Two attempts and it still didn’t come out right. This was my favorite place to eat when we were in town , but that changed today. We won’t be back.

Would rate a zero but 1 Star is required.
I have ordered 3 separate times and each time something is wrong with the order. I believe being able to read should be a requirement. Today’s order was a mushroom Swiss burger and all I got was bread and two patties. Huddle house in Andrews is a Joke and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Lost my business for good. Also learn how to cook before getting people sick.

I came to Andrews TX for a family function and we decided to come for breakfast and we had a great experience. Great family atmosphere, food was great and the wait staff was excellent. Angie and Cici were awesome. Robert the owner took the time to stop by our table to make sure everything met our expectations.

They didn’t greet me at the drive up window. Once there, they just handed me food without asking why I was there. Then I got back to my room to find out they missed 4 items on the food. Called back and drove back to only find out they closed 2 hours early. Obviously they don’t care about the food they give or the people they serve. Don’t eat here unless you want to waste money on things you will not get.

WOW! First time here, first time in any Huddle House, I got to admit the lovely manager ANGIE request the cook to suggest his favorite dish to whip up and the cook named REY CAME IN CLUTCH with some stuffed hash browns and shout out to the waitress JENNI, with the refills before asking! Y’all doing good keep up the good work, real clean too

We went here for the first time Dec.13 there was no wait time the food came out hot fresh and delicious we had the stuffed hashbrowns with sausage bacon eggs cheese and top with sausage gravy served with biscuit or toast if you get a chance go eat here
