Walked in to a group of “friends” hanging out in the back cursing and talking about the weed they were smoking. I waited extra long for my food. The guy at the counter my bag to the lady in front of me, and after handling all of my food decided it was good to give to me. He was very visibly high and dazed.
Food was not that great, order was wrong, cheese bites were burnt to a crisp.
Tables were dirty, floor reminded me of the bar from college. Not a bell ringing experience here at this Arby’s

They need to mark sandwiches , check that they have cheese too, outside that, good stuff.

Although at the end we found a hair stuck to the wrapping.
Staff super nice.
Restaurant, very disgusting, won’t even mention the womens bathroom.

The 2 for 5 dollar chicken wraps tasted like they were under the warming light too long. Very dry. The roast beef sandwiches were as if someone squashed them before going in bag. They tasted ok but….

2 people standing around, nobody came up to the counter. Finally got our order curly fries were cold and hard, and so were the sandwiches! It was disgusting! We wound up going to McDonald’s instead! Don’t you care about Customer service anymore? Where was your Pride serving your product? This was Friday the 21st, evening shift. We always looked forward to Arby’s after shopping. Not now.

I totally understand that restaurants are short handed right now. On Feb. 23rd, shortly after 4:00 p.m. we ate inside. Both bathrooms were dirty. There were 6 tables that needed to be washed. The floor was dirty. Our fries were a combination of curly fries and regular fries mostly small pieces! Must of been leftovers from previous orders.. And they were cold. The top of my bun was dry. No I didn’t go to the counter to complain. I just wanted to eat and leave. It was not busy.. If the dining area is going to be open then clean it!!!

This was the dirtiest place in the U. S. A. that I have ever been in. Floor was filthy, sticky, and food crumbs everywhere. No napkins in the dispenser, no ketchup in the pump, no clean trays. Tables were all used and dirty. Chairs were sticky. If health inspector would have come in, would not have passed. Counter person had much downtime and could have been out cleaning and restocking.

Last few times we have been here the food is garbage. The fries are always like warm and the sandwiches you couldn’t even eat. Went inside to go to the bathroom while my husband waited for food in drive thru and the store was absolutely disgusting. So disappointed we use to love Arby’s and now we will not return.

Wife and I had beef and cheddar both hers and mine was cold. She had potato cakes I had french fries. Both was at best Luke warm and to top it all off there was no napkins in the bag. For the amount of money fast food places charge I think the least they could do is make sure everything is hot and fresh. And put napkins in the bag how hard is all that. Never mind it must be hard.
