I had been seeing their food on Facebook being advertised, and I was curious, so yesterday I decided to try them for the first time. I was pleased with the pricing, 23$ for a dozen cheese enchiladas. I picked out what I wanted from their cooler inside the Stage Coach, and was pleased with how big they were. They looked really yummy. I had them for dinner last night (11/8/22) and they were really good, however…I felt like they could’ve used a lot more filling. It felt like in my opinion the tortillas were almost too big, and the filling was very small. Since they were rather large in size, I was thinking they would have a bigger amount of filling, but it felt like I was eating mostly tortilla with a side of cheese on the inside. They were still good, and had some for my lunch today. I just think they could have used a lot more cheese. 🙂 I noticed they also had tamales, which I love, and I hope I do get to try them someday.
