I’ve gone to 20 different waffle houses. All amazing staff I got my order how I asked. I asked for steak instead of chicken in their protein bowl. Got told “no. You’re trying to change our menu.” I apologized then I explained I’ve done it at a different waffle house and they were okay with it but I understand. Then got told “this is Thibodaux waffle house. Not anywhere else.” With a attuide. Won’t come back here again first impression horrible. Her name was Brittany I think. Food was good at least

rude and disrespectful. doesnt allow meat substitute because youre then ‘changing the menu’. according to the server this waffle house is different from the rest because ‘it is in thibodaux’. overall bad attitude and cant do their job.

On the evening of March 20th , 2025 .
My wife and I placed an order the the Thibodaux location.
The two ladies working their night shift were very kind , considerate , and welcoming.
The food was freasb, hot and like always exactly what we ordered.
These two Ladies were just cleaning up after some you g Ppl that it looked to me have ZERO respect for others.
They still were very cordial.
And Polite as well.
Willi continue to eat there ???
But if course we will.
Excellent Experience Ladies.

First time being at that location and everything was amazing. Didn’t have to wait long for my order, the employees where so nice. Nobody had an attitude like most employees at Waffle House. Everyone knows the reputation that most Waffle Houses have but this one hands down amazing. I would literally travel an hour and a half to eat here.

My boyfriend and I had breakfast at the waffle house.Brrakfast was prepared quick. We enjoyed a good breakfast. However, I noticed from a distance one of the cooks. Was shaking the salt shaker too much. My boyfriend noticed a d told me to look. If the owner can kindly tell the cook to be careful with the salt. We have elderly going to eat at their restaurant. My boyfriend and I went to seat on the counter which we did not have an option. The restaurant dinning area is reduced in space to fit more then 50 people perhaps. My boyfriend and I sat on the counter area which I like to be able to have a better view. I noticed the counter top where my boyfriend sat was not cleaned. I felt embarrassed to tell the waitress to clean the area. It’s a nice restaurant. Perhaps keeping the restaurant clean things won’t go unnoticed and costumers complain. I did enjoy having a good meal for the first time at the Waffle House.
