The only reason I order in my app is because it’s more convenient. I’m not sure what’s the difference between ordering at the speaker at the drive up and simply driving up and saying I’m picking up but this morning I had to take my baby out of the car to just walk inside and pick up my drink because I did not order at the speaker for the drive through. Got the protein foam drink was amazing. First time coming to Starbucks not much of a coffee drinker myself but when I heard protein I finally caved in! On top of that, even better than the drink was the lovely service from the wonderful barista Abigail! She was bubbly and smiling which radiated to me and I’m sure many others aswell!

Giving the food and coffee a decent rating, but Starbucks gets a single star for it’s terrible labor practices. I used my points and a gift card to pay for this order. The rest the money on the gift card went as a decent tip.
