They almost always get my order correct and it’s almost always done in 10 minutes. They really are pretty consistent which is awesome considering how busy they get! I order for myself but I also deliver for doordash and they are always on top of things! Love this location and would recommend them to anyone!

I order pizza here all the time. I almost always do the papa pairings pizza and do New York crust. They actually make it new York style where other pizza places like dominoes you can’t even tell a differennce between their hand tossed and new York crusts. The workers here have always been polite to me. Tonight the guy working was outside taking a break, which when I pulled up, he stopped his break immediately, held the door open for me, and helped me and was really kind. My favorite chain pizza place in Maryland heights. Good pizza, never any errors, always consistent, reliable on fast turn around time.

I would leave 0 starts if possible. We ordered 2 pizzas at 4:30 on the website. Told it would be delivered at 5:10. After multiple texts from the Door dash employee that the food was delayed at the store, our order was cancelled at 6pm. We called and the store blamed it on Door dash delivering to the wrong location. Interesting, since the delivery person was constantly corresponding with us that the issue was at the store. We called the store and got hung up on each time we called. We were even transferred from the outsourced delivery number, and when I explained the situation and she realized who I was, she hung up on us yet again. All we were asking for was for the 2 pizzas we ordered at 4:30 to please be delivered. Apparently too much to ask of this store. The customer service/lack there of (hanging up on the customer multiple times) lost our business for life. Oh, and still waiting on the refund on the pizzas that were NOT delivered. Buyer be aware!

If you order online, don’t rely on getting accurate information from the tracking app. I informed customer service of the issue and was told to talk to the store manager. They are either unwilling or unable to resolve the problem.

The only thing that saved this place was the gentleman that greeted me when I walked in. The checkout lady / manager was rude not only to me but the person on the phone. Yelled out the total I paid in cash to the 2 other people working in there as I walked out. Unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza through the website. Waited over an hour and a half for the delivery that they said would take 40 minutes. When i called to ask about where the pizza was, they said a door dash driver took it and delivered to the wrong person. They said there was nothing they could do since it was door dash that messed up. If they want to outsource their delivery to another company that’s fine but there needs to be a way to compensate and deliver an order if they mess up. When i called to complain, they hung up on me multiple times.

Had a scheduled delivery order and they brought it 12 hours early and basically tried to make it my fault even though I had a confirmation email, and offered to show it to them. The manager tells me I should of checked the tracking and called when it was being made. There was no tracking given, or notification, and again at 12 hours early why would I be checking for that. If the driver hadn’t sent a text to my sister who works the night shift so she didn’t even see it until she woke up, I would not have even known. Asked for them to correct the issue by sending a new order at the correct time. There’s nothing we can do was the response. Your the managers there’s plenty you could do. The manager, and the GM are both rude. They are dismissive, and talk to you like they think your incompetent. Everything they said was “nothing could be done” multiple times and the manger would just quickly hang up the phone on you. They tried to offer me 20% and then 50% to place my order again. I’m not paying twice for an order they screwed up in the first place. Then to be condescending they tell me “oh bring the pizzas back and we’ll refund you”. Who knows who they even brought the pizzas to as it was at a hospital and we weren’t even in the building. The instructions specifically say hand it to me. I’m sure the driver just handed it off the the first person he saw. If you can’t get a hold of the person or find them I would think you’d take it back as undeliverable. They didn’t care, it was already paid for so no loss to them. The managers lack respect, they are rude, dismissive, and patronizing. They were even rude to the customer care department saying they were “annoyed and frustrated with the whole situation”. As am I. I will never use them for an event again, and greatful I never have to visit that restaurant. All they had to do was acknowledge the mistake and correct it. They know it was their fault but instead of fixing the problem they blame the customer. Got charged and no food, ridiculous. Good luck to anyone who deals with them or expects any type of pleasant expereince from the managers.
