I am a gluten free person. I did not appreciate finding out that in order to have the buffet I would have had to buy my my own pizza and pay for a full buffet also. Most places charge their gluten free customers more but not double price. I won’t be eating there again.

The chicken was actually pretty good. Juicy but very salt throughout– not just in the skin. The pizza is average, but that’s true of all Godfather’s Pizza places. The dessert pizza was ok. The whole experience is like a lesser version of Pizza Ranch. Staff were pleasant. The tables could definitely be cleaner/ get cleaned more often. Seems like a good place to bring kids.

Ordered and picked up chicken and mashed potatoes for pick up and when I got home the potatoes and gravy was not in the bag, but was charged $27 for 8 pieces of chicken (almost $4.50 per piece of chicken). When I said I wasn’t coming back they just said thank you and didn’t offer a refund or any kind of compensation. I had to ask and then was “tentatively” asked what my name and number was. I then asked if I’d get a refund and she just said it’ll probably be a gift card or something but wasn’t really sure. Not good customer service and I’m very lenient when it comes to service so I will not be going there for a while and learned that I need to check the bag before driving off. This is the 2nd time this has happened and have only gone thru drive thru 6-7 times. Not real happy but will see what happens when I go back to get compensated and report back. Depending on that will determine another review, good or bad. Opened box once home thinking we had 8 pieces of chicken and there were 6 pieces so the evening plans to have a nice meal were ruined.

The is good, crust was cooked well but could use a little flavor. The wings are way better than the pizza chains. The customer service is just b-. Felt like they were annoyed to take my order. Busy busy maybe. Overall 8 of 10. I prefer local over box chain any day.
