We have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally today we got some time to swing in right as they opened. I have been craving some chicken and waffles so that was first up on the menu. Well the waffle was soft the chicken was crispy and not soggy. The syrup had a subtle flavor that wrapped it all together. The kids both got biscuits and gravy and it’s not your normal thrown together gravy with the crappy flour taste I would definitely order it if I was you. The wife got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. There isn’t too much “flair” you can do with this but the croissant was fluffy and the sausage was very good. Overall a good breakfast sandwich. Now the hash browns on the other hand them were so good. The service was amazing and the lady behind the counter took the time to explain to us about what was going on with the restaurant and how Blue Kitchella got its name.

Awesome service and awesome food! The cashier (I never got her name) was amazingly sweet! The sweet potato waffle fries are sweet enough to be a dessert, and they have lots of goodies for a dessert in their display case. Garlic parm fries were incredibly flavorful, and the chicken sandwich was great! Loved coming here for the first time and excited to come back!

Food was great. I got the olive burger and parmesan fries.great taste. Dan help walk us through the menu and gave us pointers . He was very helpful. Next time we are in the area we will for sure go back. The garlic aloi was delicious. The chicken tenders were on point as well kids loved them!!!

Stopped in for a late lunch and had the chicken tenders and garlic parmesan fries. Very good food. Smelled great inside. Bathroom was warm and nicely decorated and smelled great also. Highly recommend the Blue Kitchella. I wish I lived closer to visit more often.

My mom and I stopped in here and had the most amazing lunch! The turkey ruben was excellent and the BBQ mac and cheese bowl was sweet and savory, and the tenders were perfectly crispy. We even got one of the delicious almond croissants to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The best thing on the menu are the pastries from Victorian Bakery in Kalamazoo.
Egg sandwich can’t make to order because it is a gross hard circle of an egg cooked in a machine. The sandwich had rotten avocado that seemed like it had been previously frozen, and the tomato center was green and hard. Overall nasty, we left hungry.
Service was good, atmosphere was like they just moved in and weren’t quite done remodeling.

Came on a Friday night at 5:30 and the entire place was empty… a little bit strange but we decided to stay and eat nonetheless! The service was ok… we waited about 15 min for our food. Then went outside to eat because it was pretty awkward sitting alone chatting in the quiet restaurant. It would’ve been nice to have the TVs on for background noise. The food was pretty fair for the price. My husband likes spicy things – but said the spicy chicken sandwich was really hot, just something to note. He said it was still yummy! My burger and fries were pretty straight forward.

This place is a gem! It seems like fast food but doesn’t feel like it. The inside is stunning with a gorgeous bar and tv set up. The burgers were delicious and the service – best in town. Sue goes above and beyond and makes you feel so taken care of. She is honestly the best. Can’t recommend this place more – go try it out!

There is a lady who works in here her name is Sue and she has made my experiences the best! I have come here three times ever and she is a gem. Sue is very knowledgeable of the menu & gives great recommendations. I was brought here by a friend and have since brought other friends here! The food is to die for it’s very mom and pop with amazing service !
