I came in waited 10 minutes. Didn’t mind. When she came to the display she opened the case while my hand was still on the glass. I mentioned what I’d like as she continued on. I asked for a “little” bit more mayo than what comes on the subs knowing they only put but so much and my sub was only 6 inches so she proceeds to squeeze an excessive amount of mayo on my sub and asks me “ is that enough ??” As if I was giving her a problem or was being difficult like I know how customers can be. I felt highly uncomfortable. Then told me she hopes I have a good day but I really hope she has a better day than what hers is seeming like !

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the Subway south laburnum, thanks to Monty and Cierra! The store has never been cleaner, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere.
I especially enjoyed the lite jazz music playing in the background, which made sitting in so much more comfortable and relaxing. It created a great vibe while I enjoyed my meal.
Even during the hectic lunch rush, the food looks fantastic on the bar. Everything is fresh and appealing, making it hard to choose just one sandwich!
Thanks to Monty and Cierra, visiting Subway has become an even better experience! I will be back!

I went into this store to get a sandwich and the customer service was horrible. The worker clearly couldn’t understand English and continuously put the wrong things on my sandwich. After receiving the sandwich I then realized the meat was still cold. I asked could they remake the sandwich and another employee proceeded to take the original sandwich and put in the oven. When I informed her that I wanted the sandwich remade, she looked at me like was stupid. She didn’t make me a new sandwich and when I went to taste the food the meat was still cold. I rate them a 1 star for poor customer service

Man!!! Talk about a TURN AROUND! I’ve been coming here since my family & I relocated a few months ago. Were subway fanatics and get a sub at least 2-3x weekly. That being said, The store manager, Monty was a delight. A true man that knows how to run a store and make you feel seen and taken care of. Monty’s presence alone in that store has been such a breath of fresh air, & his night manager Cierra, whom I’ve recently met is so bubbly & amazing! If you’re feeling down, I promise you’ll leave with a laugh, and some good, FRESH food.
Monty has a star customer with me & I wish them the best as they keep on shooting for the stars! Superb subway, and as I always tell him, “See you tomorrow!”

I have been a frequent visitor to this establishment for many years and have had both positive and negative experiences. There was a period when I stopped coming here due to the extremely rude behavior of a particular male staff member. However, I have recently resumed my visits because he is no longer employed here. I am basing this review solely on my most recent experience.
Upon entering the store, I noticed two unattended children sitting at a table. The cashier, who I believe was their mother, was conversing with them in their native language. The employee who prepared my sandwiches seemed preoccupied with observing whether her, I’m assuming boyfriend, had left the premises, frequently glancing out the window looking for him. In the midst of making someone’s sandwich, she stopped to check her cell phone for a text message. Furthermore, she engaged in conversation with her boyfriend, disregarding the presence of customers.

I’ve been coming to get my sandwiches from here for about 3 years now because I like the tuna and it’s always decent but when I went in today it was upgraded. I’m a professional cook and today was such a blessing. Everything was fresh,pans were clean and it just felt like a better place to be. Shout out to Monte for stepping up the store. Great job

Be careful customers, I went here to grab lunch and had to use the restroom beforehand. Someone was in the bathroom and when I saw the person come out, it was one of the subway workers. When I went to use the restroom, the sink was bone dry. The guy never washed his hands. There’s even posted notices “employees must wash their hands before leaving the restroom.” Creepyyyyyy!!!!

The subway on Laburnum in the shopping center with DollarTree, has been brought by new owners! Do not go there it’s dirty! They are rude! I’ve went there twice and my order was wrong both times! Since the new owners have taken over it is not the same! They don’t even greet you! Go to any other subway but that one has gone down hill!
