As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Whenever I need to grab lunch before work or need late night grub and have the luxury of time, I go to this Rally’s on 55th. My family has frequent here ever since I can remember. I loved going to the post office across the street with my great grandmother just because she would get us food here afterwards. Lol. Anytime I wanna try a new menu item/promotion like the bbq brisket burger or today’s Philly cheesesteak burger, I bet on this location to prepare it right! The employees always persevere in getting me together, whether their systems are misbehaving or their inventory is low. Special acknowledgement to Miss Erica for her wonderful service I experienced today. I’ll pull around every time for that level of care & quality.

It was absolutely the worst Rallys I have ever had. The amount of grease on top of my loaded fry I could see my reflection in it. The big Buford I got was absolutely disgusting I couldn’t even eat it and the regular fry I got tasted so bad
Idk if they ever clean out their fryers but this was the worst Rallys I have ever had.
Additionally the interaction with staff was very negative. Was told to pull off to the side after paying for my order. When the guy came out to bring me my food he was dressed out of any kind of uniform. And had bad customer service skills.

I know a lot of people use reviews as an opportunity to complain, but I think it’s equally important to give kudos where they are due. I just had lunch at this location and was helped by Antonio. He was great, and professional and courteous. Very very happy with my experience. Take care of this kid,, he should go go far.

Not from the Cleveland area and sadly our local Rally’s left, so any time we see one while traveling it’s a stop on the list. It was a busy night, so of course there’s a line and it sucks because nobody wants to wait in a line. But the service from the employees was fantastic, typically fast food employees don’t put a lot of care into their work and just do the minimum required. Not this Rally’s, they were extremely kind and courteous, and actually cared about taking care of their customers. Can guarantee that any time I’m in the Cleveland area they will be a stop I’m making. Don’t settle for McDonalds or Wendy’s because they might be quicker lines, because trust me Rally’s is worth the wait!

I asked the AI bot that takes drive-thru orders about what’s on one of the sandwiches and it gave me the wrong ingredient listings. That led me to ordering a sandwich that was disgusting and I ended up throwing it away. I will not be back.

September 10th at about 12:10pm I came in to Rally’s and ordered 2 chili cheese dogs minus ketchup to eat for Browns game. My hot dogs was burnt, no cheese, no onions on the hot dog. It was game time by the time I got home and couldn’t return. Very disappointed customer pictures attached
