Stopped in tonight, 3/02/2026 hadn’t been in long time. A changed Pappa John’s, clean, bright and we were well welcomed. We had called in a pineapple and 3 different cheese, Canadian bacon and ham. We ordered thin crust. Delicious “BEST PIZZA WE HAVE HAD IN LAS VEGAS IN A WHILE, we have been here since 2016. Love it here in Las Vegas. Thank you Pappa Johns we will be back.

I ordered through DoorDash, and the food arrived pretty fast and fresh. It was exactly how I ordered it and it was really delicious.
Don’t expect it to be the original italian one because it s fast food but it was really good.
We also got a garlic sauce and a jalapeño.

If your app says it’s ready, they haven’t even started it yet. If you complain to corporate the manager will tell you there is no way for them to lie to the tracker. So that must mean they’re actually just holding the food and telling you it’s not ready. Either way, these people handle your food and lie to you, hope that’s what you want.

Ordered Shaq a Roni pizza with pineapple online and order went thru my card and bank, but when they arrived they wanted cash..Turns out they have Uber deliver their pizzas ..No mention in their website about this.
Called the store… spoke to the manager , she said that they will deposited a credit and I need to pay cash… Well I didn’t have cash. The Uber driver was upset because he was going to be liable for this. The manager then wanted to take payment over the phone and send me another pizza,but Uber driver would have to dispute the order and charge with the company. Another thing before handing the pizza back I took a Pic because the Shaq a Roni pizza is just a regular pepperoni piza…. very little pepperonis on it.

Specialty pizza wasn’t very special, low meat, drowned in sauce. Flavor? None here. Side served cold with extra grease. Missing sauces. Driver got lost… not worth the $40 for 1 large & 1 side.

Our order was not complicated to mess up. We ordered through Ubereats. Despite how we ordered, the rating is in the presentation. I haven’t been a customer for years and finally decided to order while out visiting LV. I regret it now, I should’ve supported a local business; sadly, I won’t order from this location again. I ordered online. My pizza was made 100% to my specifications; Well baked and square cut. As you can see below, the ingredients were very well and evenly distributed. I also ordered a salad which was also pretty great and fresh tasting; very crisp, not a limp leaf in sight.
My delivery man was polite, courteous and on time, if not a little early.

This location has one kid working all by himself on an extremely busy Saturday night!! Phone is ringing off the hook, lobby is packed with customers waiting and he has been busting his butt unable to even look up and acknowledge a single customer. This is NOT this kids fault! Get it together at this location you are putting this kid in a dangerous situation here by himself and making all your customers angry and unsatisfied.
