La Poblana Restaurant food was legit. I ordered the chicken fajitas, the chicken, the vegetables, the rice and beans are correctly cooked and flavor was right on. I can’t forget the home style tortillas they are amazing!
The service was OK at the beginning, but it got better once I got my order.
When I showed up, the restaurant was busy, so we had to wait for 15-20 min. All in all, it was well worth the wait. I will go back and take my family and friends to enjoy a meal together.

This place has never disappointed me. I have try a lot of their dishes and of course their cafe de olla, you have to try it. On the weekend they have different specials always check or use their regular menu. Tortillas de maiz recien echas. Queso fresco, delicioso.

This is a small restaurant, the molcajete was delicious, this I’d the second restaurant I really enjoyed the flavor of the meet, the stak, chicken and shrimp were juicy and soft. Not too crazy about the menudo. Loved the home made tortillas and cafe de olla. The menu has unique options.

I like places like this one, not fancy but ragged, kind of a hole in a wall type restaurant. They have an amazing customer service attitude, they tend to make you feel at home with their customer service. The food was delicious, the flavor of Mexican cooking is there, this what I can call authentic Mexican food in my opinion. I am sure I will go back and have more of their menu items.

La Poblana restaurant is absolutely amazing!! the staff is so friendly and inviting, I love the food here, hands down recommend. Also, the home made tortillas flour and corn absolutely amazing!!! Ohhh yes and the Coffee, Cafe de la Ollá wouldn’t have it any other place ! If your traveling through and are craving some real authentic mexican food stop by please, you’ll love it. Many great homestyle dishes- not like those 2nd or 3rd gen. wannabe Mex eateries. Great Homemade Molcajete-style salsa w/ chips. The molcajete salsa is a signature offering of this restaurant. The 1st bowl is on the house.
Great cafe de holla (canela & piloncillo). Aguas frescas are available. Ask the server for the day’s offerings. Beer? There’s always beer – even for you crudos.
Great tasting (red) menudo w/ plenty of meat. Choice of hominy or not. Home style, thick tortillas. Milpero plate (see pic) is excellent: egg white omelette w/ a bit of cheese over whole beans & nopales + side of tortillas & quesadilla. Add their molcajete salsa on top & you’re good to go!
Try the Carne Asada plate w/ a side of nopales guisados in lieu of rice. See pic.
Huevos divorciados is a breakfast favorite. There are also daily soup offerings including menudo !
There’s a daily postings of the Day’s Specials. If you don’t see a price, do ask before you place the order.

First time at La Poblana.
Food was actually good.
Sauces are great, they range from regular, medium, hot. Everything we had was great, very authentic. Freshly hand made tortillas which always a plus. Waiter was nice, and very attentive.
What we ordered:
Chicken enchiladas
Camarones (shrimp) rancheros
Tacos rancheros with nopales and a side of chicken.
Flan.
All was good, and will definitely try it in the morning for breakfast.

Khang Chau
We waited 45 minutes with no food and when we asked they told us the kitchen was backed up, when in reality they forgot to put our order in. The waitresses were nice enough to help us but they have to be more attentive if their customers are waiting 30 minutes with no food while the rest of the restaurant(people who came in after us) are getting their food
