I stopped by here this evening 11/10/25. Upon entering, there was a young woman standing somewhere behind the counter. She did not greet me, so I did not say anything either.. I started to look at the menu. I ordered one regular crunchy taco & one supreme taco. The supreme costs more than the regular & you might think that MAYBE you would get a little more meat.. Well it did not look that way to me. Both could have used more meat!! And also the temperature of the meat seems off, not hot enough!! Teach the front end people manners!! , that they should SPEAK to customers!! I doubt that I will return to this location, at least not any time soon..

Clients reported dissatisfaction from the Order Number not being provided throughout all given channels. Receipt not sent to user E-Mail or SMS. Made inaccessible by lack of user experience design in main>profile>history>ordercard.
This design choice renders the “Need Help?” and Support buttons obsolete, not giving consumers the right to report issues directly to the business owner.
Initial Issue: My customers noticed inaccurate portion sizing, saying, “just tell me you ran out of meat and dont waste my money for a cheese tortilla”
In the provided pictures, the product supposedly is worth “$2.39”

Today’s Nachos Bellgrande did not come with a lid. I don’t know if this person’s name was Gavin or not, but an employee with orange and green messy hair was quite rude when I inquired about the lack of lid. I wouldn’t have even ordered the nachos if a napkin was going to be put on top of the dish. It seems unsanitary and poor customer service to put a napkin on top of the nachos. There wouldn’t be a poor review or a negative experience if staff could just say, “We don’t have lids for our nachos today. A similar dish is the Nacho Fries.”

Go ahead and shut this one down chief. After taking a break for months, due to their poor staff and lack and service, tried again today and they forgot my chips and have the doors locked to be able to go in. GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH. Yikes.

Whoever was working at 4pm on September 8th 2025, there was lettuce on my quesadilla. No sauce. Cheese wasn’t melted at all. My burrito barely had anything in it. My chalupas had one piece of steak in it. No sauce. He didn’t say a word to me. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. Will not ever eat here again because of the one guy intentionally ruining orders

Horrible business they need to close or get a new staff every single time I’ve been there I’ve had stuff missing or just wrong and this time I was the only customer so no excuse at all completely left out my Doritos meal and couldn’t even make a fresh one so I had to drive all the way back for a 25 minute old meal that was falling apart and soggy all bc they don’t wanna do there job right ever I’m done with this location now I’d rather drive 30 minutes away at least I know my order will be made right and when you ask for supreme they actually make it supreme

This Taco Bell location is awful. I just ordered chicken soft tacos and THIS is the meat that was in them. It’s all dried out and hard, like it’s been under a heat lamp and got dehydrated. The restaurant was not busy but it still took a while to get my food, and then this is what I was given.

After reading other comments about old/stale food in other peoples’ meals, I agree that that’s what’s going on here. I will never be back to this location.

Ordered a deluxe box and a chicken ranch burrito and they only gave me the box so i went back in and asked for the ranch burrito and the guy making it gave me a burrito just full of bean!

Good food and it was quick. Definitely not worth the price with this kind of chicken. The rest were perfectly fine
