Took my wife here for Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was phenomenal! I recommend the alligator bites for an appetizer and the chocolate martini for dessert. The steak was delicious, tender and perfectly cooked to temp and the truffle Mac was delicious. Hands down the best date night restaurant around in my opinion.

Overall this is one of the better restaurants in the Stevens Point Area for the price. Food selection has decreased since it opened but still very good. A grilled fish would be fantastic. Ordered the prawns and scallops off the ala carte menu and paired with French onion soup and a Caesar salad. We had the fried goat cheese for an appetizer. Overall these selections fed two adults and the price was well under the average meal at other similar restaurants. Waitstaff can get top marks by bringing salad and soup well before the main course and being more attentive. Kitchen is a bit slow but overall good for a busy Friday night. Recommend and will be back.

We visited this establishment when it first opened several years ago. It was Valentine’s Day and we had a reservation. After ordering we waited 90 minutes to get our meal. We thought at the time, since they had just opened, perhaps they simply hadn’t dialed in the process yet, and they were overwhelmed by the increased demand on V Day.

So after all these years we thought we would give it another try this Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately we experienced the same issue. The server, who was very friendly and apologetic, indicated the wait for food would be an hour or so. In addition they had run out of some staple items on the menu — whipped potatoes, the Waygu steak and bread. Yes, bread! The server indicated the pasta would be one of the items that would not require a long wait time. So we each went with that. We each had a $32 bowl of pasta. Which leads me to my final point.

The bang for your buck just isn’t there. The entrees are ala-cart and way over priced. At those prices one would expect a fine, white tablecloth dinning experience— both in food quality and service. Neither the food or service were commensurate with the price.

I will say the staff we encountered were super friendly. Unfortunately for them, and for us, it seems the food delivery bottleneck is in the kitchen, which is clearly undersized and under staffed. This restaurant, it seems, is modeled for hotel guest — a modest amount of customers per night. Their inadequacies to scale with demand clearly rest with management. Hence the 2 stars on service.

Went here for the first time this past weekend and I have absolutely no complaints!
The place is beautiful and very eye catching. The food was delicious and the drinks were just as good. (My partner wouldn’t stop talking about their mashed potatoes)
On top of that, The staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable!!
I highly recommend and I’m already looking forward to going back.

Staff were excellent and friendly, the crab cakes and lobster bisque were good. The french fries are amazing. I ordered the bolognese and was very disappointed by the lack of flavor. Maybe the chef forgot to use seasoning, but I thought the price for the meal would reflect in the quality of the food.

Our waitress was wonderful, but even though we had reservations, we had to wait 1/2 hour for our table and almost an hour for our food, which arrived not hot. My lobster was tepid and the drawn butter room temperature. Our salads were excellent, however, as well as the shareables to start. It was quite noisy , but the crowd was big.

Took my wife there for her birthday. I got the lamb chops and she got the ribeye. Both cuts of meat were very tender and had a good char. The bleu cheese risotto was very good also. Service was outstanding and we will be back again.

Services were very poor.
No matter how many times we told them we have a reservation they still gave our table away after waiting patiently at the bar for more than an hour. We ordered a soup at the bar. That took almost 40 min..we asked for bread and they couldn’t even serve that much…After getting to our table the dinning area was freezing. Then told us the chef was backed up and that our food order would take over an hour to wait for. They could have mentioned that at the bar so we could’ve ordered our food ahead of our table . What waste of time. The waitress told us that the pasta dish was the fastest order to get on our table. We were so hungry that we chose the pasta instead of lobster and steak just to eat and get out of there.
So ignored by staff. So very disappointed on our special date night out…

Husband took me out here for my birthday recently and we had a wonderful experience. Madeline was our waitress and she was knowledgeable about the food and extensive drink menu. She also had a great personality. We started with the calamari which was good and then shared the Caesar, duroc pork chop and ribeye. The ribeye was 10/10 but the pork chop was pretty tough though it had a good flavor. Dessert was the carrot cake which was delicious even though I usually prefer my cake without nuts. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back!!
