Excellent breakfast food. I had avocado toast w 2 eggs & a side salad. There was lots of chunky avocado, perfect over easy eggs, along with a very good side salad. I choose their vinaigrette dressing on the side. It was excellent!

Only 2nd time here & I am a local! I don’t usually eat breakfast in the am. Very happy I can get it here until 3pm when they close.

Update:
Increased from a three star to a four star rating. After eating in and having great service by Jordan and the others I feel it deserved an extra star. The food is about the same ordering to go as it is in the restaurant. Also a great plus is they give a military/veteran discount which is great.

I haven’t dined in yet but my breakfast that was ordered to go was an acceptable breakfast. I would definitely try more food from this restaurant.
Since it was ordered to go I did expect it to not be its best so when the bacon wasn’t crispy and the pancakes were a little soggy I don’t blame the restaurant. The pancake batter I think was a little over mixed because they were a bit tough. I didn’t like the skillet potatoes at all, they were just so bland. Of course the toast was a little soggy but there’s no way to make toast travel and it will not be soggy.
The prices are very reasonable and I’d like to try them again dining in to see how much better everything is fresh.

We descended on Patty’s with 20 plus people with little notice and they were welcoming, efficient and attentive. Menu is a wide variety of diner/family fare that was tasty and offered everyone an option they could go for.

My wife and I just pulled into this place since we were starving and the restaurant we intended to go to was closed. We were pleasantly surprised. It’s a small local eatery. The people were friendly and the food was good. Maybe we’ll stop by again next time we’re in the neighborhood.

I can not express enough how amazing my food was. I ordered the Churro French toast. It was perfect! Each bite tasted like a fresh warm crunchy but soft Churro. With fresh strawberries nestled in between the slices, yum! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is professional yet warm. I can’t wait to try more!

Patty’s is hands down the best breakfast place to go to in Downingtown.. actually Chester county. The food is made with such love and tastes like it came right from my grandmoms kitchen! Great family owned reasurant!!! Today I tried the apple pie .. out of this world!!!!!
