I pulled in to the parking lot and did my online order. The atmosphere outside is great! Tall pines fill the edges of the property giving it a unique mountain look. Placed the order waited 2 minutes then rolled up to the drive thru. Quick response on the speaker and I could have kept rolling and snatched my meal as she had it ready and holding it! Da biscuit sandwich was good and the medium order of hash rounds was FULL! Value and courteous host with at least a cool looking outside Pinetop location. Like that big lug said, “I’ll be back!”

June 11th, 2025, around 8pm, I had ordered a Texas Whopper, paid the extra to have that particular order and ended up with a soggy regular whopper. I live too far to get my order changed, and the window clerk was rude as well. This is why I don’t like going to burger king.

Couldn’t even have a minute to look at what was new on the menu. Remember why we don’t like going to this Burger King! Employees make you feel like everything they do is a chore! The kid in the drive through kept rushing us when there was absolutely no line. The food was at least decent but the service was awful.

August 15th @ 6:40pm. Waited at the register for about 7 minutes just for a mobile pickup while 2 employees had a conversation never once turning around. Finally a third employee came over to help me out. Was staying at the hotel right next door so literally a 30 second walk just to find not only cold food but also missing sauce. No one inside and maybe 1 car in the drive thru.
