Ordered a Medicine ball and the tea was absolutely hot, it took about 30 minutes to finally be able to kind of drink it. When I finally got to sip it, it was disgusting. Didn’t taste like a medicine ball, and definitely no sweetness to it. This is my go-to drink when i have a cold, and im bummed my drink didn’t come out good. Also, as far as I know, the tea is supposed to have more than one type of tea bag, but both tea bags say Chamomile mint blossom. I tried calling 5 times to talk to someone and no one answers, just some automated recording.

I had a poor experience here. Cashier was lovely. Baristas not so much. One: to avoid looking at people like they’re stealing the food order you could wait until they get the counter if you don’t trust it. Two: maybe wait until the drinks are finished with the food so you don’t forget the drinks entirely. My drinks were given after several customers who walked in after me. When they realized I hadn’t gotten my drinks they gave me one of two.. I had to get there attention AGAIN for the second. It was pretty ridiculous. Took around 25 minutes for my two drinks and two pastries.

There is a worker here named “Synovia” who claims to be one of the managers, which I find very hard to believe, because she has atrocious customer service skills. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. She is always unpleasant. My wife and I have been customers here for years but have been coming here less and less due to Synovia. Avoid this woman.

and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The
atmosphere was inviting with cozy seating areas
and ample natural light. The staff was friendly and
accommodating, making me feel welcomed from
the moment I walked in.As for the beverages, the
quality was consistent with what I expect from
Starbucks. My favorite, the caramel macchiato, was
expertly crafted with just the right balance of
sweetness and espresso. Additionally, they offer a
wide variety of options for those with dietary
restrictions, including dairy-free milk alternatives
and gluten-free snacks.One aspect that stood out
to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The
tables were regularly wiped down, and the
restroom was well-maintained throughout my visit,
which added to the overall positive
experience.However, the only downside was the
occasional long wait during peak hours, which is
somewhat expected at any popular coffee chain.
Despite this, the efficient service helped mitigate
any inconvenience.Overall, I would highly
recommend the Starbucks in Lexington to anyone
looking for a reliable spot to enjoy a delicious cup
of coffee in a comfortable environment

No one is smiling so that’s a great start. Ask to pickup order front person he was rude directing me to go to the side area. Waited on my order 5-10m. I watched two people chatting it up while making drinks. I observed them make what I believed to be my drinks I’ve been waiting for put the drinks down and walk away. I knew that was my order so I asked about it and the lady was like “oh let me wrap that up” that took a little more time. Manager please fix this issue so there’s better efficiency and a more enjoyable customer experience.

I only ever go here on the way to work and it’s fine but what’s up with asking for my name in the drive thru? Never experienced this before. It’s hella awkward, seems totally pointless for drive thru, and they (understandably) get my name wrong all the time. It’s Jeff. Today I guess they heard “Ken” and I didn’t want to correct them and add more awkwardness to an already awkward interaction. Y’all don’t need to know my name. Never have I ever experienced this in a drive thru anywhere else on earth. Please stop.

I ordered the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich that looked like it was a month old. I wish I took a picture of it before throwing it away!!!! Shame on you barista for even warming it up and giving this sandwich out !!! You should have did the right thing!!! Also the drink was blaaaaaaa !!!!

Went through drive through, drink took an extended amount of time even though they weren’t busy then when I sipped my drink on the road, it tasted like cleaning detergent. I’m going to the doctor now because my throat started burning after drinking about 1/8th of my drink.
