I will always come back for the chicken shawarma. It is filling and authentic with the saj bread and the spiced chicken is so delicious with pickles and fries. And that classic garlic sauce. It is all yum !

This place is a hidden gem in the desert! Everything is always so fresh! They use authentic spices and herbs to flavor the food to perfection . Combine that with the open flame and rotisserie, it’s a culinary masterpiece. It’s leaves every bite you take bursting with flavor. The staff is very friendly too. They also have baklava fresh. This place is so good, you have to try it if you’re in the area.

Literally one of the coolest and yummiest places I’ve been to. My wife and I like to try more unique places when we travel and I’m so glad we stopped here. The cashier was the nicest guy. He was super friendly and personable. The food was phenomenal. I got a gyro and it was probably the best one I’ve had. I wish I lived closer to this place because I would come here frequently.

I came to Don Kabob because TikTok told me to—and for once, the algorithm did NOT betray me.
Full disclosure: I’ve tried another Mediterranean spot before and… let’s just say we did not bond. So I walked in cautiously optimistic, armed with low expectations and a healthy dose of side-eye. But Don Kabob said, “Relax, I got you.”
I ordered the chicken and beef combo, and wow, both were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and clearly cooked by someone who respects flavor. The rice? Not an afterthought. It was delicious on its own, like it knew it deserved attention. And the pita bread was warm, soft, and dangerously snackable.
By the end of the meal, I was sitting there shocked, impressed, and slightly mad at myself for doubting it. Moral of the story: sometimes TikTok is right, and Don Kabob is officially redeemed Mediterranean food for me.

Walked in to check the place out. I had heard good things from a friend who works Nextdoor. The place is very new, aside from the digital menu, there wasn’t much in the way of imagery yet to get an idea of portion sizes and platter arrangements which is understandable. They told me that they had just opened a few days ago.
I wanted to give them a try and ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate with a side of fries and drink. It took a bit long to make the order, but it was worth the extra time as it was absolutely delicious! I’m sure the wait time will go down as they refine their methods, but this wasn’t an issue. If the food is great, it’s worth the wait.
The rice is seasoned very well and the chicken was moist and tasty. The fries went very well with the garlic sauce and the pickles were excellent. I’m definitely returning to try the shawarma fries.
Glad to have another Mediterranean option in the desert.

Authentic Middle eastern food with good service at reasonable prices. I loved how they kept the menu out of the way so undecided people are not obstructing those who are ready to order. They have a separate “window” for pick up orders too. We had the Beef Shawarma, Beef Samosa, and the Beef Shawarma Pita, all very tasty with quality ingredients.
