The uni handrolls were to die for—super creamy and delicious! All the appetizers were delicious as well. The salmon tomato dish was also a good refresher of light and savory while drinking—it has truffle oil in it to enhance the flavors. Sitting at the bar was fun as the chef/owner was really attentive and entertaining. Can’t wait to come back with friends!

Went to Target and felt hungry. Saw this place and I love sushi. Decided to try it out with my daughter. The restaurant didn’t disappoint us. Food is great. And the sushi is FRESH! I mean it is fresh. The service was great and professional. Anyone would love this place. My server’s name is Jess. Ask for her when you are there. You will not be disappointed. We were given gummy bears when Jess presented us the check. My daughter’s favorite. Not the normal boring fortune cookies or mint.
By the way, I was informed they are now closed on Monday and open on Tuesday.

So far, I’ve had the Monday lunch special, and it was delicious! Having an evening-style upscale classy sushi dish at a regular-routine lunch price was fantastic. I plan to go back to see what Tue-Fri specials end up being as well!!

Honestly the best imported salmon roe and uni I have ever had! The roe sashimi was pleasantly salty and balanced very well with the nori and rice. The uni was very fresh and buttery. The whole experience was satisfying and the owner was a very wholesome person. He sat down and took the time to talk to me about food preparation and how food is made with love. Love every bit of this place!

The sashimi Tuna is soooo good I got the Chirashi and the monk fish liver, the liver was buttery had to use my fingers tho a little because it was delicate but overall the presentation and quality is amazing. People need to come here more often AND THE GREEN TEA ICE CREAM IS AMAZING
