LAURA OF RESTAURANT LOCATED AT THE ROOSEVELT RD LOCATION IN LOMBARD/VillaPark IS GREAT! Walking in for an Uber pick up. I noticed the store was understaffed. Laura and her sandwich maker were working very diligently and quickly to ensure all orders were out correctly and fresh between the busy drive-through line and the quickly growing front counter customers, LAURA handled everyone very well. Being a former Wendy’s assistant manager I know how hard itv is behind the scenes, I commended Laura personally and feel corporate should do the same!

Came here after work on a Friday, they closed at 12 am and i got there around 11.
Laura was so sweet and polite taking my order even at the late night hours, also made sure i had everything right and fresh.

The new BBQ Brisket burger is great. And now you can tailor a combo large or small, in case you don’t want a huge pile of fries. It seems that they have changed their fries – much crisper and tastier. Much better than McDonald’s

9/21/25- the afternoon staff is HORRIBLE! They didn’t have a line, no cars, and the lady that was the cashier was acting dumb when we tried to order the food she wasnt doing anything. We took about 10 minutes inside, and 3 minutes outside in drive through with NO CARS and they still said to “wait”. I cant wait to talk to the manager cause this is unacceptable. Please check your staff.

Not any different from other BKs. I tried the new fried chicken sandwich and wasn’t too impressed. The breading was a little too thick in my opinion, but I don’t think it was a fresh one. I still prefer Popeyes, but it’s worth trying. Give it a shot.

It obviously depends what time of day you go. Everyone knows Burger King is not gourmet food. It’s not bad for what it is. My good review is mostly because of the sweet man who works the drive thru late at night. I’ve stopped a few times after work, close to 10pm and it’s always the same guy. He has some kind of accent, I’m not sure exactly where he’s from and unfortunately, I don’t know his name yet. He’s so nice, friendly and attentive. I ordered a bunch of different stuff. My orders were 100% correct each time. It makes me a little nervous to go so late at night or close to closing time because I don’t want staff to be irritated and do something to the food or just be careless and get half the order wrong. He was nothing but nice and helpful and the best part, he gave me a paper crown each time!! He made me smile. Thank you for your wonderful service, whoever you are! ☺️
