we celebrated my partner’s birthday at the Galley Holding Co. this year. we reserved the space for a Thursday night and had a group of about twenty people. the drinks were fantastic, the service was excellent, and the vibes were immaculate. everybody had a really nice time! it was really easy coordinating the event with the staff ahead of time, and we were able to bring in our own food. i would highly recommend hosting an event here!

absolutely awesome speakeasy. The 4 of us ordered the “Bartender Special” which is a custom drink based on you/interests/tastes. Definitely a homerun. You literally have to knock to get in. The building is very non-descriptive and inconspicuous. the whole experience was cool. Waitstaff is friendly. Mixologist is amazingly talented.

The best unknown place in Syracuse! Days of yesteryear are back…prohibition and the roaring 20s are the theme here but don’t worry about dressing period specific unless you want to. Casual and intimate with incredible drinks. To get close to the special someone or catch up with old friends, it the perfect place to go. Be aware…it’s not Suited for large parties…small I and intimate is the feel and space is limited for larger groups. Bartenders choice is a great way to start the night. Enjoy!
