Food is so-so, was pretty dead when we came in for dinner–our server was nice, but forgetful. The sodas have a weird taste to them, apparently they use off-brands. The burger was decent, but the spaghetti did not have much taste. The pepperoni filled cheese was a tasty appetizer.

Sauce is amazing! The first time we came to this place was our wedding day and ever since we’ve been coming back! Delicious food and great service from our favorite server Jason. They’re quick and have many tasty plates, I suggest my all time favorite the lasagna! You gotta stop by and play some music in the jukebox as well.

We just left our sons wedding rehearsal dinner, party of 20 & I cannot stop raving to my husband, (who didn’t attend), how wonderful our server Crystal was! The food came out one after the other, hot & delicious! The glasses were full all night and the table was cleared as each dish emptied. This is very important to me! ( it’s what we great waitress do! & Crystal IS great!)
Hats off to the cooks as well! Everyone in our party, truly enjoyed their appetizers and dinners.
They put us up in their event room, no extra fee charged, encouraged us to decorate and allowed us to come in the morning to do so.
The evening was perfect & guess what?
OUR AWESOME SON IS GETTING MARRIED TO AN AMAZING LADY TOMORROW!!!

We had an excellent dinner here. Love the format of picking your pasta, sauce and toppings. Prices are really reasonable and my pasta (with artichokes, sundried tomatos and shrimp) was excellent. We had crab cakes and a pizza for appetizers. Both were excellent. Service was efficient and not pushy. Only hitch was that they had run out of coffee. The “boss” went to the store to get some while we waited! Funny, but it was luke warm when it came to the table! We will go back and bring more friends. Nice atmosphere and diverse menu options for non-Italian/pasta fans.

First time eating there with my family last night. Very slow service and our two pizzas took way to long to arrive at our table. Prices are decent place was empty at 4:30 pm and bar tender is your hostess waiter and server. Not sure if we will return wasn’t that impressed.

This was our first time eating here, and stopped here on whim. The location is a little hidden on the backside of the Galleria Mall. We stopped in for happy hour and ordered the garlic knots and the pepperoni stuffed fried cheese to start. We loved both of them. For entrees we ordered the Eggplant Rollatini and Italian Chimichanga. I was a little skeptical with Italia Chimi, but once again loved it. Service was great. We’ll be back.

This was the worst service I have ever received . First time I tried their food, their delivery driver was so rude. he basically told me I need to come out to his car to get my food and then yelled at me when he got to my door. The second time I tried it I waited over 2.5hrs for my food. Then once it got here, the pizza was flipped over and the rest of the order was wrong. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone, the diver couldn’t either. So, I returned the food and requested a refund. When I final got a hold of someone, they didn’t even offer to remake it or a store credit! There is no such thing as customer service anymore!!

The food was reported to arrive at 6:30 to 6:50 pm. It actually arrived at 8:40 pm. The driver apologized. Wasn’t his fault. The salad was warm, pizza cold, and the steak had a greasy, congealed sauce with a sad excuse for asparagus. We threw all the delivered items away, discusted. $63 bucks completely wasted. Would never do this again.

I don’t understand how can anyone give more than a 1 star here. Saw the reviews and decided to try. My God you’re so off!!! Order 1/2 marguerita 1/2 pepperoni. The Marguerita had some kind of cheese on top and the sauce was bitter all over. The basil … I can’t even describe this half. The other half had the same bitter sauce with muzzarela cheese that cover the taste a little. You can count the slices of pepperoni on the pizza in one hand. Overall never again. They do not know how to make a pizza and I think the reviews were fake. Bad bad bad quality work. Disgusting!!

The food is is great and the price is somewhat reasonable. However, I’ve been here multiple times and the service is alway mediocre at best. The staff seems overwhelmed or impersonal even with a low customer volume. We’ve tried doing take out to avoid that but the projected 20min it would take turned into 60min. I ended up sitting at the nearly empty bar/restaurant waiting for my food for 40min.
Not sure if we will be back, but if we are it will most definitely be for the food and nothing else.
