Amazing brewery, highly recommended. All of the beer is great, but I especially recommend the Saison. I really appreciate the fact that they make a lot of styles of beer that aren’t as common to find, especially here on Long Island. They also have liquor and non beer options if your non beer drinking friends want to come along, and various food trucks. Great people too, the owners Tim and Chris really make you feel at home.

I have been going to Rites brewery since they opened up. I really enjoy their vast array of freshly brewed beers and appreciate their hospitality everytime I go . The owners really go out of their way to make you feel welcome while serving you! There is truly a very good vibe at Rites, that the other patrons must pick up on bc I always meet the nicest people!
I have gone at least a dozen or so times so far and plan on returning again real soon! I Highly recommend this brewery! you just cannot go wrong… with Rites!

We checked out Rites Brewery in Bay Shore on Friday night, and I’m so glad we did! Even after braving December holiday traffic, it was absolutely worth the trip. The brewery has only been open a couple of months, but it already feels polished and welcoming. The space is beautifully decorated (I loved the chandeliers!). We grabbed seats at the bar right next to the Christmas tree, which made it extra cozy.
Tim, one of the owners, welcomed us and brought menus, and his nephew Chris, who is also an owner and brewer, stopped by to chat. Chris has many years of brewing experience, and it shows. He let us sample the Berliner Weisse, which was fantastic. I ordered it with raspberry syrup (highly recommend!), and Jim had the hazy IPA, also excellent.
They also had a pop-up restaurant that night, The Onion Tree, and the lamb taco was a standout.
Great beer, friendly owners, beautiful space, and a relaxed vibe. Rites Brewery exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Cheers to a great new local spot!

This will definitely my go to brewery in Bay Shore. The beers are brewed European style. I was looking for a wheat type beer and the Saison was suggested. The beer was great. Krispy Karma was there and I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich which was delicious. The ambience was nice. The acoustic band that was there was really good. Tim and Chris, the owners were very enthusiastic about their business and make the atmosphere welcoming. I would definitely recommend this brewery.

We visited Rites Brewery last weekend; it was fantastic. This isn’t just a place to grab a beer; it’s an experience. The options available were outstanding and the vibe is exactly what you’d hope for when looking to spend a casual and fun time; they’ve nailed the ambiance! Our bartenders, Christopher and Tim, were very knowledgeable, offering great recommendations tailored to our tastes and the service was quick and friendly. Fantastic offerings, great atmosphere, and wonderful people…it’s our new favorite place! We will be back.

Place is great. Chris and Tim are great behind the bar. There is usually a food truck but check before going. Beers and drinks are terrific. They have live music but check ahead. Plenty of parking. Great times!!!

So excited that Rites is open! I went for their grand opening and was so impressed by the beer, the space and the service. Their IPA and the saison they had on menu were delicious. There’s a barbecue spot next door so they were pulled up with a food truck, perfect compliment to the delicious beer! They had cocktails too, but I was too in love with the beer to try any. Comfortable bar stools, great tables for games. They just opened so I know they’re just going to keep expanding their beer menu and space and I just can’t wait to taste and see more!

Had the pleasure of visiting this place last weekend. WOW. Not only are the beers top notch, the cocktails are amazing as well. The space is bright, clean and inviting. Service was excellent, you can clearly see the passion Chris & Tim have for this business. Had all of the beers, but the saison was by far my favorite. I also think it’s really cool that Crossroads que (BBQ) is right next door, allowing me to enjoy wings with my Sunday football beers! Do yourself a favor and go check out rites, you won’t regret it!
