The menu has great options for different types of rolls and bowls. I was surprised to see ramen and poke. We got the California Roll and the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. The food was amazing – hit the spot. It’s definitely a spot I would come back to.
The service was really genuine and wholesome. The owner is so sweet and works very hard. I would come back for the service alone , but the food is just as good , if not , better.
The only thinggg – the restaurant could use some more dining area. There’s one table and a few seats , but I don’t think this is something that should stop someone from visiting at all. The space is really cute and has a lot of potential.
I’m looking forward to visiting the next time I come into town !

Yum. Never thought I’d get such delish sushi in the lakes region, but wow. I did. And in the 20 minutes I was here, 4 different pp walked in, plus one more called in an order. The locals know what they’re doing.

As an out of town tourist, I have to say, this place was a very pleasant and very welcome surprise. I’ve had a lot of sushi throughout my travels and this place has some pretty good stuff. I had the G4 which consisted of a Cali Roll, a “spicy Cali crispy roll” and 4 pieces of nigiri. Of my experience nigiri is not optional when enjoying good sushi. I had to get it and man it was good. This place is pretty affordable, to boot.
Highly recommended if you find yourselves in Meredith NH.

Not a ton of options in the lakes region for sushi, so I was super excited to see this place pop us as an option. I resided in Manchester for the past year, and there’s a ton of good not great options, but they are all pretty expensive. Koung was very reasonably priced, and everything was super fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be ordering again soon.
