I was really disappointed with my experience at this Smothie King location. I chose to support this business specifically because it’s veteran owned, so my expectations for professionalism and attention to detail were higher.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While standing at the counter ready to order, two employees walked right past me without acknowledging me at all. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. I stood there waiting, feeling completely ignored. It came across as a lack of basic customer awareness and attention to detail.
I truly want to support veteran owned businesses, but customer service matters. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way, and that was missing here. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, because the experience left a bad impression and made me think twice about returning.

Smoothies for 3
This was my first time at this Smoothie King. I entered and noticed the place was super clean. We waited in a long line, but it was moving at a nice pace. The staff members at the counter were friendly and answered all of our questions. We placed our order for 3 different smoothies. They were ready pretty quickly and tasted as expected. I will have to visit again soon.

Best service ever. Ricky and Azaria were amazing. They made recommendations. Told me some of the most popular selections. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried their favorites and really enjoyed it.

Always friendly, they greet me each time and address customers immediately. I place on the app so my order is always ready. They keep the smoothies in a cooling area until you get there so it wont melt. Great team!

Can you say AMAZING. From the first step into this place I felt the love. Walked in to a greeting and asking if I needed anything. The guy also helped me pick options for my son that had just left the dentist and couldn’t eat solids. It didn’t stop there. The most amazing young lady came up to take my order perfectly. To top it all off when I was leaving they thanked me in the warmest way and called me by my name. I ham a store manager for Ross and if I could have taken them with me I would have. The BEST customer service I’ve experience in over 5 years. Thank you guys so much for the most amazing experience this morning.

This is the number one business in the Stonecrest area. They are always polite, kind and conscious of great customer service! It is my absolute go to. They have never not one time disappointed. Ms T the store manager is gold! She always has a smile on her face and good at recognizing frequent customers.
