Takes forever to go and even place the order in the drive through 3 cars in the drive through line one at the window, the car at the window left and still, nobody had taken the order of the red car that was in front of me so I just drove off. I can’t sit there for 4 or 5 minutes just to have an order taken, especially when the line’s not even moving. And this was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I have tried this location several times speed of service is horrible.I work in the restaurant business.And this is totally unacceptable.They always have you pull ahead and wait so that they can say that there’s speed of service is good

Smh, this place man. I laugh for how bad this restaurant is and this place hasn’t even been opened for a year!!!
Pulled up and it’s vacant, nice obviously this food is gonna be hot and fresh right? Wrong… We are the only car here and waited half an hour to receive our order. Get home and this food is rigid and clearly reheated because it sat under the heat lamp. These people who they hire do not care. Principle does not exist there.
Franchise leadership needs to go grab the general manager and clean up this location. Especially the evening shift dude. It’s underperforming in quality and driving up the cost for how many times they need to correct the order. To which my corrected order still sucked lol
All and all. Please save us any further misfortune with this place and sell it off, or shut it down. No one in Mont Belvieu is gonna miss it. Let it sink brother.

I ordered through the Wendy’s app and it was already ready whenever I walked in. The food was hot. Order was correct. Staff was polite. Frosty was cold. Had my sauce for nuggies and my burgers were correct and sizes were correct as well. Thank you.

Clean on the inside, not one other person there- ordered a kids burger meal. Disgusting, old, and stale is just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe the food we got. Never will be going back. Would give ZERO stars.

So they messed my my order two times in the period of 4 days. They left out my daughter’s chicken nuggets the first time. Second time they gave me the entire wrong burger… today I was waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes before moving forward and two people drive off since they were taking so long. They rush orders, don’t double check their work, and take one customers order at a time and hand them their food at the drive through window before taking the next guests order. They have no phone number attached to their Google listing. All together they just suck.

I ordered a double and told the young lady that I wanted the burger made a certain way. First time the burger looked like a sloppy joe. Lacking lettuce, hardly any onions, and lots of ketchup which was understandable. I told her to remake it. I had also told the young lady to lightly seasoned the patty because I can’t eat too much salt. Second time around the meat was extremely salty. High on sodium. Man what a disappointing experience when they don’t listen and want to prep things their way.

This is not the normal Wendy’s. I have been here several times because I work right down the road, every time I have been disappointed and I love Wendy’s. This one is truly disgusting! The food is always bad, always slow and always inaccurate. I have given them several try’s but never again. It’s really bad!!! Chick Filet and McDonald’s down the street I can highly recommend.

We just moved out here and our old Wendy’s was great. The employees at this location however are extremely unprofessional and borderline rude. Please get your “you know what” together. Orders are constantly wrong and every other time our fries are old and stale. Do you honestly think people aren’t going to notice? Food has gotten to expensive to be throwing it out. I guess management doesnt care either because nothing changes after complaints are made. Keep it up and you’ll find out the hard way when the local community refuses to keep wasting their money. It’s not every time, so some shifts apparently know what they’re doing

We have come to this wendys multiple times since opening. The staff is friendly, however it never fails they always forget multiple items from the order or get it completely wrong. I find myself frustrated every time we give it a chance because spending at least 40 dollars on various things for my family gets old when its missing the majority of the order.
Also, orders take a terribly long time we always wait at a minimum 15 mins or more in the drive thru line even when no one is in line.

The service was horrible. I ordered 3 large chilies and frosty and the frosty sat there until my food was ready and was melted. My chili came in a coffee cup with the hole in the lid. Called the owner franchise and got a call back from the District Manager. I was not very happy
