ONE STAR It’s a gas station with food. Can’t order food through the app upon opening, it seems like that would have been set up. I could NOT tell where or what to order inside so I didn’t order anything, looks like they would have had someone to coordinate things the first day open and show you where to go or help you. I paid cash for gas inside and they could NOT put my number in for my rewards card, she said, I could scan the receipt into the app, but I can’t find any way to do that. Could NOT wash my car windows, the stuff wasn’t the anti-freeze kind so it was frozen. They didn’t have lottery, I don’t know if that is coming or not. Went to Loves and got what I needed. Edited to add: I really expected a response from the management or corporate seeing as this was their first review and it was negative.
Second Visit (3 star): Still could NOT wash my car windows, the places were either empty or frozen and it was not as cold out this time, mostly empty window wash stations, there IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. Ordering on the app is available now, a week later, there isn’t a drive through that I could find but theoretically you could order from the app, pull up to a numbered spot, and they bring your food out (haven’t tried that yet). It was less crowded so I went up to the counter and asked what was good to eat. This awesome person named Lakota actually came out from behind the counter and showed me the kiosk (I’d much rather do the app or talk to a person) and went through some of the food she likes and helped me pick something out. She was also helpful in showing me the procedure to get my drink and pay. SO if you don’t order and pay on the app, you order at the kiosk and get the ticket from it. Then you go get your own drink which you DO NOT order in the kiosk unless it’s a specialty drink. You take your ticket and your cup up to the main registers (not the food counter) where there are also some self checkouts. Make sure to get a bag for your food from there because there aren’t any at the food counter for some reason. (I SAW some other confused people holding a ticket and not knowing where to go so I helped them). So once you have paid or self checkout, you go BACK to the food counter and wait for them to call your number. Jennifer was the ONLY cashier (not sure why only one as busy as they were) and she was very helpful but really busy. Then Jesse came out to take over the other register, he was very friendly and helpful too. So anyway then went back to wait for them to call my number. The whole process took about 25 minutes before I got my food! I posted a pic of my sandwich. $17 for a philly steak sandwich, fries, and a medium pop seems high, but there was enough sandwich to eat half and save the other half for tomorrow.
Third visit (1 star) Used the app to order and waited in my car. I ordered about 15 min before I arrived, then told the app which numbered space I was in (55 right next to the front door). Waited 30 minutes AFTER I arrived and then went inside and showed my order number. The girls at the food counter were pleasant and helpful, HOWEVER my food was sitting on the shelf in a VERY NICE BAG, and it even had SPOT 55 written on it, yet nobody bothered to pick it up and bring it out to SPOT 55 (which is right by the front door). One of the girls nicely said they are still getting organized and there is only one of her, then she asked, where is spot 55.
4th Visit -2 breakfast vanilla capichino great. Couldn’t order from app AGAIN. Croissant good. French toast sandw was hard. Cost high
The service is slow, they are UNDERSTAFFED AND UNDERTRAINED.
There was a semi delivering gas. Anybody who has any experience knows you don’t get gas during a delivery because it stirs up the residue.
Still no lottery or alcohol.
food was ok cost high, people were great, friendly and helpful, I don’t know why I cant wash my car windows, ordering/paying procedure is freaky and clunky. Food seems pricy and service is fairly slow.
