On a 1-5, this place is a 10! We only tried it because of a good clipp coupon offer. Best coupon I’ve bought. Maddie was our server. She was amazing. We got 12 wings. 6 buffalo and 6 sweet thai chili. They were SUPERB! FANTASTIC! TOP-NOTCH! saucy but not too saucy. I got the diablo burger. My husband got the north shore triple decker. We both really enjoyed them and could only eat half because they were so big. The fries were really good, too. I did get extreme heartburn that night. It’s not the restaurants fault. Im the one who chose to order the spiciest burger on the menu. So I can’t get that again, but there are several other things I want to try. Someone’s steak sandwich looked really, really good. The cook definitely cares about the food they serve!

First time at the Palm Tavern. We are new to the area and continuously looking for nice taverns. The place is fair to good. Service is a bit slow but very friendly. I got the wings and cheesesteak that were very good. Seeded roll with sliced ribeye and Cooper sharp. Wings were jumbo and very good. The wife is not a big eater and got the chicken ceaser salad. She didn’t like the chicken, kinda dry, and the portion was small. Pic of to the rear. Definitely try again. One issue we did have was that the temperature was cold, we couldn’t get comfortable, and my wife put her jacket on. Idk why fyi.

Was here the other night cuz I wanted to try out some more local spots while in town. All I got to say is there are better bars to eat n drink at. Bartender was more concerned wit her Facebook over serving me and the food was mediocre at best. Won’t be back

Great place! Never been here before but definitely would come again. Enjoyed being greeted when coming in by the bar tender and by other customers. Love the atmosphere, especially the doodles on the wall. Our table had the Chicken Cheesesteak with Buffalo and Fries, Italian Hoagie with Chips, and The Meatloaf Entrée. The Buffalo Cheesesteak was the best! Only complaint would be the Chips, unfortunately they had no flavor and was really dry.

My friend and I went in to try and get a couple drinks a some fun. We waited a couple minutes and we were unattended noone offered anything, IDK if they were too busy but there was one thing for sure they said I couldn’t have a redbull bottle I had that was almost empty. Not the place for me. I left and not coming back. The place was dry!

I’ve eaten at the Palm tavern before and have always had excellent food, but I was a bit disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a burger, after my daughter raved about them, but it was not that great. I ordered the burger medium well, but there was no pink to it, and it was quite dry. For a normal burger, this might be okay, but this thing was really thick and had charring in the outside. It was a chore to eat. Next time I will order medium, but I didn’t want it to be too rare. The french fries were excellent as usual, but they were cold when our food arrived. And boy did we have a long wait for the food. There servers were friendly and serviced us quickly at the table, but the place wasn’t busy at all, and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. Again, this visit was opposite of every other time I’ve eaten here, when my food was awesome and arrived quickly, so hopefully it was just a fluke. I will definitely try again, as I had good experiences before, but that was several months ago.

The Palm is always good. Great food, service, and atmosphere. So thankful to find it open for lunch on Father’s Day. The house made chips are worth every calorie. Lighter and not greasy. Love them!!!!! Burger in lettuce wrap was amazing.
I love their salmon and smashed potatoes with green beans and lemon hollandaise sauce.
