I went through the drive through last week 2xs around 7:20am both times and spent no more than $5 both times and didn’t realize that my card was being swiped for a total of $40 for the week. When I looked at my bank account for the week I was shocked! I just want to warn people to watch what your card is being swiped for they tell me the correct price then swipe it for another amount. Either get a receipt or go somewhere else! They definitely don’t know what they are doing or someone is trying to steal!

Whoever was working here at this Tim Hortons on Feb. 6, 2026 @ 6:17pm at 5225 Sheridan dr. Williamsville Ny 14221…..didn’t know what they were doing. I first went to the counter waited there for some time and then ended up having to go thru the drive-thru.
Messed my order up and then didn’t make any attempt to fix it at all, stated she didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t understand how this person was even there alone if she didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t get her name but hopefully you can train your staff better.

Menu selections seem to be optional at this location. The hash brown evades us here in williamsvillei had one at the wherle cayuga location and every other day the cashier says we don’t have those today.im not coming to the evasausage egg and cheese on jalapeno bagel, hashbrown large coffee, orange juice $5 tip, the cashier had a heart felt sorry. Evans &sheridans location again. If anyone reads this understand how stypid this complaint is, if mcdonalds was iut of hashbrowns do you think they would be running around trying to get some. Different mentality. Its a minor thing but understand how rediculous it is that this location in oarticular, doesnt know how to order in product. This is not the only location but i would think there is a money person somewhere shaking their head because i m trying to spend another $2 everyday and this company doesn’t want it.

Placed a mobile order. Went to pick up are and was ignored. Asked about my mobile order was told pick up is over there in a different area, still nothing. Then got in line. The mobile order was placed at 2:43 I finally got my order at 3:02. I was told it was because they were short staffed. The people placing the order at the counter and the drive thru had no problem. A complete waste of time.

I’ve been a long time Tim Hortons customer, but unfortunately I’ll no longer be going since it seems like they’re moving in the wrong direction for quality food. Recently, I was told by their staff that they removed the fresh fruit option, with the only side option for healthy choices being yogurt… So now, I can’t offer my kids any healthy options. Update: even worse now. Staff is usually friendly, but they’re quality is going even further downhill. Today I found an eggshell in my breakfast wrap. And not a small piece. Like a quarter rof an egg.

I love the food and drinks at Tim hortons! For fast food it is very high quality and usually never disappoints. Sadly I do not go to the on Sheridan and Evans anymore as they had ants in their ice once and I am scared to go back. But I still love the other ones! My favorite drink to get is an ice capp and I love their grilled cheese paninis. Overall I love it!

I went to Tim Hortons on Sheridan in Williamsville, I ordered a Coke and a steak and cheese panini.., absolutely horrible service, she kept giving me Diet Coke and I kept saying a regular coke… could hardly speak English and the sandwich was horrible. I’m used to good service at Tim Hortons… very disappointed!

Ordered food this morning for both myself and my associate. Two coffees and two items of food. This isn’t a traditional mix-up, because those happen and it is understandable. This is someone making the self conscious decision towards being ignorant as hell. I started off saying good morning, asking how their day is going and got no response and just got “what do you want today.” I get that, it’s early, and you may be under an amount of stress due to the rush. We’ve all been there before. After every item she was getting more aggravated as simple as they were, no wild modifications or anything very simply put. I even apologized after I asked for two coffees and stated I’m sorry, I just had two more items. Total of 4. The coffees were right at least. But my associates order came without the egg, as did mine. He had more contents due to the order itself, mine was solely just cheese and an English muffin. It’s hilarious how messed up it is. Honestly, I’m laughing at the ignorance/laziness. The only reason why I’m writing a review is because they are 3/3 for messing up my order within the past two years which is why I stray from this location. It took a total of three wrong encounters consistently for myself to leave a review, I don’t even leave reviews.. Please, do not go to this location unless you just want one thing. Even then, you’re playing roulette.
