My husband and I decided to order OIP in downtown lock haven for takeout. We got a cheesesteak to split and a large pizza. Upon taking the cheesesteak home, I got about halfway through before finding 2 large black hairs in my sandwich. Needless to say I completely lost my appetite. I tipped well and we have frequented their establishment and always found their food to be good. However, when I called to discuss this incident I was told I would have to bring in the uneaten part of my cheesesteak in order to be compensated. Which I did and was compensated the $10. I have never heard of having to bring back the half uneaten portion of your food due to unhygienic business practice. I had to fish through the trash and put it in a plastic bag. They then gave me $10 and change for this terrible experience. Will not be eating here again.

We ordered a pepperoni Sicilian pizza, two Caesar salad and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious. The Sicilian was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Our girls devoured their salads and we all enjoyed the mozzarella sticks together. Nice family friendly environment. With more than enough seating.

We shared an Italian hoagie and asked for it to be heated (grinder). It was delicious. The roll was fresh baked. Each of us also ordered a slice of Sicilian. Again very good with a crispy crust and lots of cheese.

The OIP lock Haven location has gone down hill. The food is so bland and often disgusting. wilted salad and vegetables, the burger meat tasted and looked bad. Not even sure what kind of meat they even use. Fries half cooked and rude staff. Last time waitress charged us all gratuity and came around twice? Think I am officially done with this place.

Small cheese pie.
The sauce was bland. The crust was cooked on the bottom, but it was still doughy and the cheese wasn’t flavorful at all. It tasted like something that came out of a bag grated.
Too bad I was hoping that I had my spot to get a pie.

Had a fabulous cheesesteak sub on delicious homemade bread, best i have had in the area by far! My husband had a meatball parm sub & loved it. Nice atmosphere, old school pizza parlor vibe, had a great overall experience. Will be back, thank you OIP.

I frequent this place regularly. I usually call ahead and have my order ready for pickup. The wait time I’m given on the phone is very accurate. The food is always delicious and is noticeably made with fresh ingredients that are prepared for each individual order.

Stopped in to order pizza for takeout. Immediate friendly service by girl at counter. Only $14 for a large cheese pizza. Waited about 30 minutes.
Pizza was interesting! Not authentic or delicious. Kinda microwave quality and taste but not awful! Don’t think we’d eat it again but not upset over eating it once.
