Well my kids were excited to play on the playground but they had it closed. Probably because they are to lazy to clean it. Also my kids have Halloween chicken nuggets buts its literally the day before Thanksgiving. It also took very long to recieve our food. All in all its not a very good location I would avoid this berger king.

During my last visit I received decent service as in the cashier was very kind and attentive. However, when I received my food (chicken fries) they were cold, rubbery, hard, chunky, and just tasted absolutely atrocious. Sadly, I ended up having to throw them all away. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food from this location these days. Even when I ask for them to be made fresh they are burnt to a crisp. It is what it is. Buyers beware. Don’t end up with buyer’s remorse. Take it from me.

The service I received was dead on, people were kind and attentive. As a child, I used to go to BK a lot, maybe even more so than McDonald’s honestly. However, flash forward to 2025 and I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the food these days. I used to love getting chicken fries (my favorite) but whether I ask for them made cook to order or not they just taste atrocious. If I don’t say made cook to order I get them and they are rubbery and hard and chunky. It’s truly appalling. If I do say made cook to order they are hot and crispy but they’re also burnt. I just give up. It is what it is. Just thought y’all should know.

The girls at the counter were pleasant and followed my directions to the tea. Clean restaurant. Employee suggested the ice coffee after I inquire about it. Didn’t like but know that for next time.

Went through to get a whopper and opened my sandwich to pick the pickles off as I forgot to request it. Open it to see this, was not happy it at all. Went back to a few minutes later and was told that’s how all their burgers come out even thou the other sandwich we order didn’t look like that. I asked if I can just have my money back and was told they don’t do refunds at all. So I had to choose something else. Not very happy with Burger King, all the times I’ve come here has my sandwich ever looked like this.

Cold food slow workers and I only ordered a child’s chicken nugget combo took me 23 min to get and it had been sitting up there for awhile when I asked where it was they grabbed from the pile that had been collected. Will NOT BE BACK

We were traveling. The location was very obviously short-staffed, but the food was perfectly cooked and the cashier, who was visibly handling several stations, was friendly and handling the stress so perfectly, he was amazing. It took a little longer than expected, but the experience from my observation was positive. Ignore the critics about the time, and watch the great people who are working hard and doing a great job that many take for granted.
