Great portions at great prices. Filled the bowl up to the top. Do not be fooled by the piles of toppings, they are generous with the protein too.
Helpful staff and great fresh selections. Nice drinks and they have boba! Free water as well.
Also would recommend volcano 3 for the spicy lovers as it is actually pretty spicy!

Compared to other Poke places, The food here lacked freshness, the salmon specifically was very mushy and had no texture! But what bothered me the most is the lady working behind the counter, she was rushing my daughter to make her choice! It’s my daughter’s first time trying poke and she didn’t have a pleasant experience, there was no hospitality and the entire atmosphere was really unpleasant.

The food was delicious, fresh and big servings. Also the offer cucumber as a base. And most importantly the staff was excellent. They were polite and friendly, did not seemed at all bothered by the extra requests that I had, and gave excellent service to everyone. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I typically like this place, if anything I have to ask for less rice, very generous and overall nice customer service but when I brought my dog it was a huge issue. I understand that only service dogs can come inside but how am I suppose to order it if I bring my dog? I guess I can just do pick-up since I had to come in anyways to pay. My dog is an old dog and is not aggressive and does not bark. The girl says she cannot take my order inside but I could fill out paper outside and when she brought me a paper , she didn’t give me a clipboard and almost forgot a pen and told her I couldn’t do that without at least a clip board and she circled the paper for me against the window. I will say she was very patient and nice but I don’t understand why then I could come inside to pay with my dog but couldn’t order with him. It was slow and I order fast and my dog is no issue. Maybe have a station we can order outside if we have a dog?

I typically have a great experience at this location and have always enjoyed coming here. However, my recent visit today was disappointing. The staff member who assisted my boyfriend and me — I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she had piercings and was wearing a sweater with the letters “BCBG” on it — provided very poor customer service. From the moment we approached the counter, she appeared visibly annoyed. Despite this, I remained polite and friendly throughout our interaction. Unfortunately, her attitude did not improve, and she continued to be dismissive and unwelcoming during the entire visit. This experience was not reflective of the service I’ve come to expect from this location.

I have celiac and eating out safely is tough. I have eaten here before and they always seem very knowledgeable about what has gluten and waht is safe. I ordered online with the items I typically expect to be gluten free, but as I know items can change sometimes I put a note to not include any gluten containing items as I have gluten allergy. They sent my order with a note and were careful not to include any gluten. So appreciative of them taking it seriously. Even sent packs of gluten free soy sauce.

Poke tiki on harbor and baker is go to spot. I think the food is good and this location is very consistent with the quality and freshness of this poke. I gave them a 1 star rating for atmosphere because twice I’ve come to pick up lunch and when I parked, it heavily smelled like weed. Customers from the charts store were smoking in their cars. Other than the smell, I will keep being a loyal patron to poke tiki!
