Overall… Good service, good food and good atmosphere. After a long day of traveling, we decided to stay close to the hotel and give Clarinet Bistro a try. We had the seafood pasta and the salmon. The food was seasoned appropriately, tasted great and had a good presentation. The staff was friendly and accommodating… And the atmosphere was pleasant.

The servers were professional and respectful. No problems with them!
The food was awful, below my expectations for hotel breakfast. Our pancakes were raw, eggs oiley. Go anywhere else

Amy at the bar is phenomenal! We are from out of town ready to catch a cruise tomorrow and she made us feel at home. Her concoctions are absolutely delicious! We then had dinner and received wonderful service from Linda. The food was delicious.

The food was ok but not exceptional, at least for my taste. We arrived late around 9pm and it took a bit of a time before the waiters acknowledged us. The service was fine but we really felt as if the waiters were in a hurry to finish their night.

If you are staying at the Holiday Inn that this restaurant is located inside of, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. There are so many other local, authentic New Orleans restaurants nearby. The food was average here, and expensive for what it was. Dined here for dinner on a weekday after checking into the hotel and service was slow. Unsure if our server was having an off day but he wasn’t very attentive and made a snarky comment about us not finishing our food. Music from the bar nearby was also loud.

I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant, especially the bartenders/bar area. The restaurant was conveniently located inside my hotel with incredibly engaging staff. Shout out to Max and Alex for their outstanding customer service and great sense of humor.

While waiting to check into my room, I decided to check out the restaurant here. The wait for food orders were over a 40-minute wait, so I just grabbed a drink. The bartender was nice and held good conversation while still attending to other customers. I decided on something simple as a French 75. It had a tangy sweet taste from the lemon. She was not skimping on the liquor, so I felt nice after a few sips. I heard good things about the food but didn’t get the opportunity to try it.

Excellent food, excellent service. Everyone here is attentive and sweet as can be! We stayed at the Holiday Inn and started dining here out of convenience… But continued to come back for the quality and service! Thanks Dezerelle! You’re a sweetheart!

The food tasted great. However, my wife’s first margarita and my first double whiskey were both unquestionably watered down. I know this because our second round almost burned like they should have, but we’re still slightly watered down. For $20 per drink, I expect something stiff.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee while I was waiting for my bus. It’s a run of the mill hotel coffee stand so I was expecting run of the mill hotel coffee but what I recieved was so remarkably disgusting. I order a regular dip coffee and the coffee tasted like it was sweeten with cough syrup. And a 16 oz was $7.75. $7.75 for what is leagues beyond gas station coffee in a crappy hotel’s crappy bar. I wouldn’t have left a negative review if the coffee was a responsible $3 but it was $7.75! With no prices listed. I’m literally never spending another cent in holiday ever again over this.
