I’ve been seeing ads about the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub on TV. It looked so good I decided to go try one. What a disappointment.
After ordering, it seemed like the staff were filling Ubder Eats orders while I waited and waited
Once I finally received the sandwich and began eating it, I was really disappointed.
It was nothing like the sandwich shown in the commercial. The dressing seemed more like guacamole and when I took my first bite, the whole sandwich fell apart. It was a complete mess. Unfortunately, the taste did not make up for the messy sandwich.
I would not recommend it

Very slow location and the NEVER remember to include the pickle spear. Even if you order online and pick up later your order still won’t be ready. You can tell from other customers faces that they have been waiting for a long time. Hopefully they are just severely short staffed. My sandwich was correct though so that counts. Also, survey page looks like a scam.

Always great food and comparable prices. Service was the usual which is a positive. Atmosphere was great, we happen to go on a day the local Firefighters brought the truck down. Daughter was ecstatic to climb on board and wear a hat.

Stopped in to pick up a Large Hook and Ladder 20 minutes before they closed. Guess what…..I received great service and the sandwich was awesome. I’m giving them 5 stars! You should check them out.

For a really delicious sub firehouse subs is 1 of 2 places I prefer to go. And the subs are made very fast. The subs are packed full and made W obviously much better ingredients than most sub places. I’m not 100% but I think some of the money goes to charitable firefighter type programs. The is a bunch of firefighter Memorabilia and neat stuff to look at while you’re there. The price is slightly more than a cheap sub shop but that’s because you’re not handed A nasty piece of bread with old ingredients :p

The staff here was beyond amazing. So extremely helpful and kind. I just had a wisdom tooth removed so there isn’t much i can eat, but Mike was so kind and so patient and helped me figure out what i could order in order to actually eat. 10 stars from a sandwich aficionado. First time visit. My gawd! These guys are good! Great space (indoor, outdoor) and great food. We get sandwiches every weekend and typically go somewhere else so as a comparison to the other guys, Firehouse was . About the same cost but about 10X the quality (flavor, prep, amount of food).
