Did an online order, they included chips but not cheese cups. We ordered additional queso and guac on the side and none of those were in the bag either. The guy asked my husbands name for order and told him they were working on it, then didn’t hand him it, put it on the shelf and didn’t tell him it was ready.
We’ve been multiple times and disappointed each time. The whole point of online ordering is to get it right and make it easier when not being rushed… frustrating as this is the second time it has happened.

This is the worst moes and has been for a long time. I wouldn’t EVER come here if it wasn’t by my house. They will NEVER ever have salsa filled at the bar. I came more than an hour before closing and they already have the red stuff pulled away and won’t give you any. They are more focused on going home. Everyone is rude. It’s not clean. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Worst moes I have ever been to. If you want good service go to Buford mall

I don’t know why everyone was saying that it’s super dirty inside. My boyfriend went and got his burritos and said that it wasn’t dirty at all. They went out of their way to give us every single sauce, without us even asking. Overall a great experience, and moe’s always taste good. My boyfriend said the lady in the front was super nice, and greeting. Don’t let the reviews scare you, good location.

Great restaurant! Loved the food, the employees were very accommodating, and they were very honest and helpful. They were upfront with what they didn’t have and offered good solutions. As other reviews have said, the place could need a cleaning a bit, but it wasn’t the worst thing ever and didnt detract from the great customer service in my opinion. It also looked like not many staff members were there, and if there weren’t staff members available then cleaning may be hard for them.

Worst meal I have ever had! The chicken and steak had been cooked hours before serving it to us. Very dry! Also the food was extremely salty!
And the price was ridiculously high.we got two bowls and two drinks. It cost $44. Could have gone to Longhorn or outback for what we paid.

It was okay. The servers were nice but I ordered a kids meal and they did not let me know ahead of time they had no cookies. (One of the main appeals of ordering that meal) At the time of paying she never mentioned they were out of cookies just marked it on the recipt but still gave me no discount for not getting something I had paid for. (I would have appreciated if they had at least gave me the side of queso I ordered for free in place of the cookie). I have been here multiple times and they always seem to be out of many things, managment of this location leaves MUCH to be desired. Also the floor by the drinks was VERY wet and slippery I nearly pulled a muscle stopping myself from cracking my head open on the floor and there was no “Wet Floor” sign.

This was my third and final visit to this Moe’s. It’s unfortunate because I live nearby. However, I can go to several surrounding fast food locations and expect to get my money’s worth compared to here. Every time I’m at this Moe’s I get stale chips, and they scoop 70% full servings of the meat you order. It’s literally like getting the airport version of Moe’s. Management – Don’t you know that customers come back when you tell your employees to take care of them? Not sure how this place is still open.

Horrible and disgusting. Service was a zero. Chips were stale yet after we asked 3 times for fresh chips we were told they were brand new and there was no way they weren’t fresh. It’s supposedly Moes Monday and ordered a chicken burrito with only rice and cheese and was charged almost $9.00. We couldn’t even eat inside it was so nasty and dirty. Coke machine is completely out and was asked do you want it or not. Rude staff, not a care in the world. Moes get it together. At least use the $28.00 we paid to get cleaning supplies! DO NOT COME HERE!! Frozen burritos at the general are better.. Trust me.

This is the worst Moe’s we have ever eaten. The rice was so hard we didn’t even finish our meals. The food didn’t have much flavor at all like the other Moe’s we have eaten at. The service was super slow. The employees didn’t have smiles on their faces either. It wasn’t very clean and the floor was sticky everywhere. Maybe the owner of this Moe’s needs to visit the other locations to see the comparison.

We will never support Moes after what happened to us yesterday. We ordered a catering order for a birthday party we had yesterday confirmed and it was supposed to be delivered. As the time came and the guest arrived no Moes to be seen. We called and we were told because our order wasn’t as big as one for 100 people it was missed and forgotten about. The male on the phone had a very foul mouth about the situation no apologies whatsoever and then wrote it off saying it would be about 2 hours before it would be at our home. NEVER AGAIN.
