Drive through is the fastest. Pizza back in stock! Friendly and accurate employees working here. One of the only fast food franchises that’s open late. Easy to get in and our from hwy 311 and Saint Charles.

Placed an order on app. Long before I could even check in in the drive thru the order was completed by Taco Bell and made. Once I got to the store to pick it up I was assured the food was just made and fresh…fast forward 5 mins to me opening the food. The “crunchy” taco was about as soft as the soft taco, falling apart, cheese completely melted into the lettuce, which was wilted. Needless to say not fresh for at least 30 mins, prob an hr if I had to guess. The rest of the food was “warm” but quickly went cold, meaning it had been under a heating lamp or something to keep the food warm. Worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, who btw cannot be reached except through email for customer service. If you have to have Taco Bell try your luck at one of the others in the area.
UPDATE: I have attempted to contact Taco Bell’s customer support 3 times, requesting them to contact me for a resolution, still have yet to hear anything. So their customer service is just as bad as this restaurant.

Literally the first Taco Bell I’ve EVER been to where the staff greeted you when you walked in, food came out fast, they were very friendly and didn’t seem miserable to be at work and the place was SPOTLESS!!!

The transition to these order kiosks is making customer service non existent. If you have to pick up a mobile order it takes longer to get assistance than if you would order regular.

This place is supposed to be open until 1 am dine and drive through. The diner doors were locked at 12:15 . One crew member didn’t even acknowledge me at the door. Because im driving a big truck I walked to the drive through and another crew member was putting items up and she told me she would be right back and never came back while other crew members peaked from behind the shelves to see if I was still waiting . Knowbody ever came back to say we are closed or anything. Just terrible customer service.

I ordered 20 tacos to go: 10 soft/ 10 crunchy
When I arrived at my destination the bottom of 1 box collapsed and the crunchy tacos ended up on the pavement. I spoke with the manager who then spoke to her boss and they were nice enough to replace them. The staff was very nice. However, after returning the tacos that fell d/t the poor quality of the box…. the replaced tacos were not dressed and stale. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product.

The menu in non existent. The online menu is completely different. The workers used the same gloves to prepare food and take cash without changing gloves. The serving size was half of what it should have been. I am still hungry after my meal. The frozen drink machine was out but they didn’t tell me till after I paid them at the counter for my order.
