This morning at 8:44am I ordered food through the drive through. I was greeted by a man at the second window who had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I was left confused about what happened. It was no conversation or disagreement. I didn’t respond to the disrespect I just grabbed my food and left. I didn’t want to even let the manager know that they gave me the wrong order so I just through it in the trash considering it was a hard old looking biscuit and a piece of sausage with nothing on it.

Order by kiosk is obviously pushed hard now in-store. It took 5 minutes before a cashier/(manager) could take my order. After that, the food came out pretty quick. The store was clean and the food was good. Specialized food was made as ordered. I suggest hiring a dedicated cashier or have the drive through cashier assist with the in-store customers.

Staff wasn’t even present they were there but nobody home. Didn’t have a cash drawer. No one was even at register at first. It’s as if they only want you to use the kiosk and pay with plastic. They seemed to add a few cents to pay cash.

I recently visited the drive-through at Burger King and had a very frustrating experience. Despite the location being newly rebuilt, the drive-through speaker was not working, so orders could not be taken properly. While I was attempting to place my order, the employee handling the headset was laughing, which made communication even more difficult.
When I reached the window to order in person, it took several minutes for the cashier to process the order on the computer. After waiting again for the food, I was given an incorrect order that included a sandwich I never requested. When I calmly asked for the correct items so I could leave, I felt pressured to have the sandwich remade instead of simply receiving what I originally ordered.
Overall, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional, and the experience did not meet basic customer service expectations. I hope management addresses the drive-through equipment issues and provides additional staff training to improve order accuracy and customer interaction.

gross real nasty.. The restaurant had a new makeover but the workers are still nasty and uncaring.. Yuck the Manager whomever I know her name was Sharonda light skinned girl with big curly hair.. Her nasty hair was all in our food the most disgusting thing ever.. I think it was intentional cause it was just hair on everything yuck..my daughter happy meal was a hair nappy meal..the fries had hair wrapped around it… all the nasty grease that needs to be changed..they just dont giive a muck here.. my daughter threw up the nasty hair meal..No telling what they been doing to people food besides ours.. if you dont want to work then stay home dont put your nasty roots on everything..stay home should be using hair nets gloves mask what ever it takes ao the customers do not have to eat your filth..veey disgusting disappointment and sick from the grossness
