This is the best Chick Fil A in Midland/Odessa. Came with a huge group and still got amazing service from the super funny employees. Shay is badass. Everything is super clean and neat.

Lady taking the orders didn’t seemed like she was in a good mood. Everything was okay could be a lot better for it being Chick-fil-A and the price. They got one of my drinks wrong and food wasn’t fresh at all.

I had to wait for 5 minutes plus, while Sincere and a manager were gossiping. I said “excuse me” multiple times with no response. Really uncomfortable experience. The food was cold and incorrect. Will not return.

Rude employees. 09/20 Saturday morning. We had an online order that gave instructions to go to the drive through upon arrival. We enter the drive through(no employees around). We go to the drive through window. 1 employee comes out, first comment is “You should have stopped back there.” I give her our name and then disappeared. A few minutes later another employee comes out with the food. No greeting no politness at all just “When you get here you are supposed to stop back there.” I told her that the app said to pull to the drive through. “Well next time stop back there”. No thank you nothing, just a cold shoulder and walked away.

The girls in the drive thru are all absolutely amazing. The food sucks though and the people making it need to get it together. 3 times I’ve had bugs fried into my food and 3 times bugs are inside my sandwich bag. There were multiple on today’s but there will never be another because I’m done going here. Yall are trash and the manager should be locked up for how nasty the place is if bugs are in food. That’s just 1 of the 3 total I found on this. Yall are gonna get people sick.

It’s my birthday and we struggled as we r headed out of town-we finally decided to stop to grab food on our way out of town-the restaurant was clean, the restrooms were very nice/modern and had no stench, the staff offered me my drink before my meal as I had ordered on the app and was at the pick up station-they were very quick! I ordered tenders AND grilled sandwich and it was all done incredibly quick! I jumped back in the truck and we left and the food was excellent!! Hot! Fresh!

Also we r pulling a trailer and there was a great parking lot and we had no problem maneuvering in the parking lot while pulling the trailer!
