Food was good. Seemed under staffed and service was slow. Might be one of the best options though in this tiny town. Parking lot was full of cars. Seems to be a place the locals go. Small quaint little place to dine. The crab/lobster soup was delicious. The Reuben was amazing too.

Lovely, down to Earth, simple but very good menu. My husband had the chili (very generous portions!) and said it was like the ones he grew up with. I had their lunch special Rachel sandwich with hush puppies, and it was delicious. We got tempted by the homemade bread pudding, but it was sweeter than we are used to. Overall, a very pleasant experience, lovely service and affordable. Thanks for having us!!!

We’ve always had great food here. Hush puppies are great but an appetizer portion is huge so you might want to get a side portion instead.

I ordered the fried oyster platter. The oysters were fried nicely and there was a generous portion. The same could be said for the onion rings. The coleslaw was also good as were the hush puppies. Now for the bad news, the oysters unfortunately were extremely salty. I can’t understand the need to put so much salt in food by some places.

We visited Deltaville mid week in October and found that this was one of the few places open all week. We ate there twice for lunch. I had the fried flounder sandwich one day and fried rockfish sandwich the other. Both were very good, I liked the tenderness of the flounder a bit better. A couple of the other guys had the burger, and they said it was very good. The side winder fries are terrific. This is a no frills kind of local spot. They were short staffed, but the two waitress were super friendly and really hussled. Outdoor seating, a bar area, and a dining room for seating options.

Love this place. I loved the waitresses who felt like aunties. The food was worthy of a Guy Fierri review. Home cooking at its best. Get the butter beans.

Before we even sat down they had a water bowl for our dog!!! That’s awesome! Meatloaf and bread pudding was sooo good! Definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu items!

The food was really good. The only diaspointing thing to add was the waitress got part of the order wrong. So the she Brought the wrong item which we ate but had to remind her of what we really wanted was the oysters. So the bill was quite high. But all in the food was good.

Great spot in Deltaville for a casual dinner. Friendly service, good food and cold beer. Hush puppies and onion rings were tasty. Would also recommend the Reuben. Two options for dining – one room with the bar and another just with tables.

Outstanding meal and attentive service. Hamburger was cooked to my liking at medium well. Fresh, wild-caught flounder was tender and cooked to perfection.
