What a delightful visit! We were celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a sweeter spot to do it. The live music was just perfect and every bit of the service was so wonderful! The owners are so precious. And we will both remember this food and the whole experience for a very very long time. We can’t wait to go back!

Whoa, this restaurant is AMAZING! Best steak we’ve eaten at any restaurant! They were grade A thick steaks, perfectly seasoned and grilled to our liking. We had 3 alcoholic beverages, 2 steak Entrees, and shared bread pudding which was Amazing too! Total bill without tip was $140 and well worth the price! Would visit again and again.

Great speakeasy feel & vibe. The singer was fabulous too. A little pricey, but the steak & beef kabobs melted in our mouths. Service was superb.

THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!
I’ve traveled the country I’ve tried 100’s of steaks and this is by far the best!

When I say this is the best spot for Food in Branson I mean it. Me and my wife went in a little late due to running behind, the owner told us to come on in and sat us. She was unbelievably nice. Even when we were getting seated about an hour before close. My wife got the new item on the menu pork chops and it was fantastic! I got the 16 oz prime steak and it was by far the best I’ve ever had, makes Ruth’s Chris seem like McDonalds!
The owner was the sweetest person I never once felt rushed she even brought out a dessert at the end saying congratulations since we just got married!

If you are thinking of not coming here because of some of the VERY UNTRUE reviews look past that I promise you won’t regret it! I’m always very transparent when it comes to food reviews I can’t praise this place enough!

Thank you for such a welcoming wonderful experience! Can’t wait to come back ❤️

Branson’s hidden gem!!!

We were recommended to try Capone’s tonight by the manager of the Chateau. It is truly a family restaurant- the owners and their son were all working! To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The location is a bit unusual (it’s inside a realty office) but the food and service steal the show.

Mr. Terry aka “Little Al” (see photo) is a national treasure. He was one of Capone’s first customers and now serves as host. He has such a friendly personality and we loved chatting with him!

We loved our salads and sweet, crusty rolls. We decided to split a big prime ribeye steak and it was the right choice. Each bite was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the mushroom and onion add on.

For dessert, we had the fresh bread pudding with caramel sauce. I’m not one bit ashamed to say I ate more than my share and nearly licked the plate clean. It was decadent and rich… a big glass of milk or a coffee would have been nice with it!

There was an impressive drink list, some of which were inspired by Prohibition era drinks!

Give Capone’s a try next time you’re in Branson! They’re open Tuesday- Saturday.

We recently visited Capone’s speakeasy after it came recommended by a friend who visited just weeks before. The building was a little confusing as you enter into an area that you wouldn’t think is a restaurant, but opens up to a nice little hole in the wall supper club. There’s a lounge lizard singing the hits giving you the vibe of a true speakeasy. Now to the food. I ordered the famed ribeye, my wife the quiche, one son the pizza and another the salmon. I’ve got to tell you that I’m a pretty big fan of my own steaks and am therefore a pretty big critic. So when I bit into this prime cut steak, I was blown away. Tender and delicious! Almost melts in your mouth. My sons both said theirs were good too. My wife thought the quiche was pretty good, but really enjoyed the salad. Overall, it is a little pricey, but the quality is top notch! Would definitely go again.

If you’re looking for a good steakhouse look no further. 3 ribeyes all cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful and tender. The kids pizza was also a hit. Great service, live music, unique speakeasy atmosphere. Steaks were worth the price on this one.

Very nice place, the staff was super engaging and prompt, my husband had a smoked old fashion, 16 oz prime ribeye and asparagus, Ceasar salads came first. I had a 12 oz kansas city strip, both served medium rare and was so good. It’s a bit pricey. But an overall good time. And a well-made steak is worth it on an anniversary (ours)

Oh, my goodness! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and like to go for more upscale dining for that. I’m so glad I chose Capone’s because everything was just outstanding. We were the only customers in the place because we got there right when they opened, and Ashley took great care of us. I started with a Side Car and my husband had a craft beer to start. They’re having supply issues with their beef so the KC strips were off the menu, but that was OK because I chose the filet and my husband picked the ribeye. But let me start with the side salad, which features a light Caesar dressing that was delicious. The house-made croutons were yummy as were the bruschetta tomatoes that topped the salad. The drizzle of balsamic reduction was just the icing on the cake. It was the best restaurant house salad I’ve ever had. My steak was perfectly rare, as requested, and perfectly seasoned as well. My husband ordered his ribeye medium rare, which it was, and was excellent also. I loved the garlic mashed potatoes, but he found them a bit bland. I almost forgot about the sauteed mushrooms and onions that we had on the side – they were well worth it. We saved a bit of our food to take home because we also wanted to sample a couple of desserts. We had the Limoncello Layer Cake, which was just delightful: lemony, light and refreshing. We also ordered the Bread Pudding, which is usually not one of my favorites because they can be so wet, but it was just right, and so was the caramel sauce that was served on it. We got a bonus of strawberries and whipped cream wishing us happy anniversary, too! All in all, it was the best meal out we’ve had in a very long time.
