Stopped by this location for the first time.
I was acknowledged immediately upon entering. My order was prepared quickly and cooked to my specifications. Three different team members took the time to come to my table and asked how was the food and the manager that came in after I was already eating checked to see if they took care of me. It’s just chicken wings but today the team took pride in their service.
Great service and food. What else can anyone expect. Thanks Wing Stop team!

Just moved to Texas City so I googled wings near me and this place popped up. I’ve been here twice and let me tell you something. This has to be the nicest staff I have come across. Both times, the person behind the counter were helpful in recommending the food. The lemon pepper tenders are so juicy! Keep up the great job, night crew!

I believe it was Alecia who checked me out, but she was SO sweet and helpful in picking flavors and helping me customize my food! I seldom rat at wingstop but I felt like having wings so I went in. The employees greeted me and took my order. I got 10 wings and fries. Cajun and Louisiana Rub and a brownie. The Cajun tasted like Buffalo which I hate but I never tasted it before. Anyways, my food was cooked to order and I felt the love in it. Those fries were delicious omg and fried to perfection. The dry rub always is delightful and the brownie was great after a few minutes in the microwave. Pretty happy with this location. Nice people.

Ordered online and got the food an hour later. Corn was not available, they did not call me to mention that, they only mentioned it when I got there. I was lenient and came 25 minutes later than the time wingstop suggested and I still ended up waiting 40 extra minutes. Ranch was watered down. They never called my name to get the wings and the wings were cold by the time I got home.

Good location and great fast food franchise for top wing sauces for taste. Also for those unique tasting French Fries with a mixture of spices and with sugar.
Updated. I like to return to my favorite out of town restaurants when I’m in their area for doing business. Today’s lunch visit is to try out their hot chicken sandwich.
I tried this menu item out at the Palmer Hwy location #1644, and with their new Hot Honey Garlic flavor, and with extra pickles and my dip for hot chicken is ranch dressing. I do prefer the taste of the regular fries, without any flavor because they’re seasoned already. And good enough to eat on their own.
This chicken sandwich was smaller than the bun it came with, leaving some extra bun to only throw away. One Less star for bread. If the entree bun was miniature like the chicken there will be many more Below 4 star reviews. And so It doesn’t even compare or compete well, with the Chic fil A sandwich across the street, who made their popularity well known by their own featured brand of chicken sandwich. And of course there is the other Chicken houses plus all the Whata burgers who do a much better job with their versions.
So I’d stick to their classic bone in chicken wings pieces, when you visit here.
