I placed a custom heart-shaped Valentine’s Day cake with specific wording, “girls just wanna have funds.”
When I picked it up, the cake already had incorrect wording — it read “girls just wanna funds.”
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of it. By the time I arrived at my event, the cake was completely damaged and split in half, making it unusable for the party it was ordered for.
I contacted the bakery and was only offered a store credit, which doesn’t make sense given that the product was incorrect at pickup and ruined for a one-time holiday event.
This was a custom order meant for a special occasion, and between the typo, the condition of the cake, and the poor customer service, the overall experience was a major disappointment.

Cake was good and how I wanted it but it was absolutely no communication I sent multiple texts about how I wanted the cake at least 3 people from the bakery asked me about payments that were already made and how to make the cake , I came in gave my order to a lady wasn’t aware of a deposit so I guess that’s why my order wasn’t set in stone but just a whole lot of saying my order over and over again, if they had just a lick of communication they’ll be a 10/10

I’ve been a fan of this bakery since a friend of mine introduced me to them. The cinnamon rolls here are unmatched. Every pastry I’ve tasted has been top-notch and I will continue to enjoy them. Please keep up the amazing cooking.

I have been coming here since I was about 4 years old. This is a “family” bakery. Always welcoming and friendly with the BEST cannoli around! Love this place!

been referred to Giuseppe’s by a couple of people mainly for the flavors of the cup cakes. I wanted great taste with my wedding cake and cost wasn’t an issue so I stopped in and the greeting/service wasn’t the best but they were busy so I took it in stride. I was told to come back, which I did and it was better. I showed what I wanted and was told they’d be in touch in a certain time frame. After that time frame had passed, I reached out and was told to come in and pick my flavors. Upon arrival, everything was pleasant but I was told what I wanted had to be changed slightly. I only needed a cake for 300 ppl but this cake served 650+. I opted out of the layer with the monogram on it. While the flavors were amazing ….I was disappointed with a 4 layer cake that sat flat and the bottom layer didn’t have the flair flowers as discussed/shown. $2200 with regret is nothing to sneeze over BUT
be sure you have someone to view your cake before it’s ready to be delivered for this reason. The cake layers were really good in taste but the presentation left something to be desired. What I asked for vs what I received pics

My mom ordered me a Halloween themed cake.
A worker said, “Ma’am it’s July”
Thank you, we are aware what month it is. We were taught this in Kindergarten.
She then said she didn’t know if she had the right colors for frosting.
My mom then suggested using, purple orange and green.
This cake was made with zero effort, and it’s so obvious. There’s absolutely nothing that screams HALLOWEEN! No pumpkins, no bats, no ghosts.
Maybe next time google simple Halloween cakes, because I found 12 that look WAY BETTER THEN THIS. Zero stars ! Do better !

I just moved to the area… was looking for new bakery and come across this place on Google Maps… i wanted a slice of carmel cake and they did not have so i opted for donuts let’s just say my donuts were not fresh and tasted as if they were baked 2 days ago… i should’ve just gone to Kroger or Coney Island for the carmel cake because i wasted money on something we ended up tossing
