We got a few things to give Leonardo’s a chance and everything was just bad including our pickup experience.
The Alfredo was incredibly bland and unappetizing and for reason kind of sweet? The chicken on it was basically unseasoned and appeared to be boiled as it had zero color.
The croutons on the salads were chewy and stale.
The cheesy bread was dry and was already cold when we picked up our food. They also forgot the meat sauce that was suppose to go with it.
The raspberry donut cheesecake was weird, it was also pretty dry and the donut pieces felt old and dry.
The staff was friendly but apparently having a hard time reviewing orders. When we picked up our food the Alfredo was missing the chicken, the breadsticks were missing the meat sauce and they had forgotten the cheesecake entirely. There were two people packing our order but they weren’t apparently checking to see if it was correct which was frustrating.
Do not recommend this place.

The food is delicious, no doubt about it. I’m mostly disappointed because they charged me for a Caesar salad that I ordered with my wrap, but I ended up getting kettle chips instead. Why charge me the extra $3.00 when I didn’t get the Cesar salad? The service could be more welcoming, and it wasn’t busy, so I don’t know what the deal was with getting my order somewhat wrong. It’s a nice restaurant, but it’ll be a while until I try them again.

After reading reviews, I really just want to balance out the negative ones. This place was great. Definitely a new business and they are figuring it all out.. but it was delicious and our server was very nice. We will be coming back as there was a lot of stuff to try. HEADS UP.. the biscoff cheesecake is amazing!!

Waited extra 20 minutes when picking up pizza only to find out it was under warmer the entire time and staff just didn’t look for it when we arrived. No apologies from staff for their error. Got home and realize we were given the wrong pizza, which was also dried out from spring there so long. I definitely wouldn’t have paid the price I did for a plain cheese pizza. It tasted like a pretty good frozen pizza, for much more $$. I know they are new but that doesn’t excuse rudeness and wrong order. They also don’t respond to messages.

Less than average experience, and I can’t even comment on the food. My family of four was seated fairly quickly, but no one came to get our order, or to say they’d be right with us. We waited 20 minutes until our kids started to get restless and then just packed up and left.

Off to a GREAT start! Tonight was our first pickuporder…cheesy garlic bread and two meatball subs “to go”. Everything was ready on time, and checkout was a breeze. Food was piping hot, and very tasty. We will definitely order the meatball subs again (my wife’s favorite…she was very impressed). We are looking forward to pizza next…will update this review later.

I picked up one pizza and a large order of breadsticks. Our food took 30 minutes longer than expected before it was ready. The staff inside were extremely kind and were all clearly working very hard to catch up on orders, so my critiques of this restaurant are not on the staff.

Our pizza was below average. It felt like a pretty good frozen pizza, which is not what you expect from a restaurant.
This is a new spot in town, so I hope this was just a rough experience for me. I don’t like writing negative reviews for places, especially when the staff were extremely kind and hardworking. But at the end of the day, we paid quite a bit for food that was nowhere near worth it. If you ask me, do not order the pizza, or the breadsticks. Try something different.

Very timely Togo order. The girl that helped me at the front was super nice, I’d love to see her as a server when youre open for dine in. Everyone please support this place! We need more options here in watertown.
