My favorite fish and chips spot in Bay Area! The food is always 10 out of 10. Very delicious!
The flaky fish is Alaskan cod, the crust is light and crispy. The fillets are huge. The portions are very generous. I also tried their homemade clam chowder. It’s to die for! Super yummy!
I would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Best fish and chips I ever had.

Been going to this place for sometime as a regular customer with my autistic son, sometimes he has a soda left over and wants to bring it in with him, after all of this time they have never said anything about the drink because n I generally order a good amount of food. The husband & son are realy nice but the wife seems super bitter all the time, today she refused to serve us because he had a soda, they can do that its fine but 1 never have before & 2 just the bitter nastyness of the owners wife because he is handicapped, no reasonable accomodation, nothing. I did not argue just politely informer her they lost my business!! And left without ordering. It’s a shame because they already look like they are on the cusp of going under, and cant afford to alienate good customers. Good luck!

Ordered via phone call. Arrived and waited a few minutes. Lady was busy! But when my food came out, it had all the sauces and condiments. Food was hot and fresh but I had to drive home. 30 mins later I heated up the food a in the air fryer and my god was it great. I ordered the calamari, family meal(which is a lot of food!) and the special of the day. Overall 5/5 I can’t wait to go in and eat instead of doing take out.

It was horrible, they messed up my order 3 times over the phone. Upon arrival they still had order wrong. Never explained the amount of pieces of fish I ordered was not on the menu. I was 55 dollars for 4 pieces of fish and 6 oysters. Plus 3% charge for paying with a card. If the food wasn’t for my sick mother’s craving I would’ve walked away. Later mother complained the fish was fried hard which made the meat dry the fries were just as bad. Elderly Asian couple who spoke horribly broken English. I would Definitely not recommend for fish and chips there

Good fish and chips with friendly service. Fish portions are decently sized, so for lunch, getting one-piece fish is probably enough, but I got two because I was extra hungry, and it was completely satisfying.

Ate here for dinner, and had the fish & clam combination. The food was very delicious-the clams and fish weren’t overly breaded, and the fries were crispy on the outside while being fluffy inside.

The best part was the service. The owner, Johnny, was very friendly and gracious. He told us a bit about himself and his family, as well as his restaurant. He is certainly one of the kindest people I’ve had the honor of meeting.

Overall this restaurant is a good place if you’re looking for fish and chips, or just seafood in general. Would recommend the hush puppies.

Gramps fries a mean fish.

Swung by for lunch. Batter was puffy and crisp, fish wasn’t overcooked or fishy, shrimp weren’t rubber, and Jonny/staff were cool dudes.

Fresh potatoes would be nice, but the chips were serviceable filler.

The menu has a few unique non-seafood items in case you have a friend/partner/kid in tow that doesn’t do seafood.

Update:

Been back a few times, fries have been upgraded from the crinkle cut in the pic and are much better now, ask for them crispy.

Fried zucchini is good, mozzarella sticks are good, hush puppies are very good, though expensive.

Called ahead for takeout, and food was ready in under 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Large fillets, generous amount of fries, plenty of delicious tartar sauce. We also enjoyed the lumpia. We ate it hot right in our car in the parking lot, rather than let it cool down driving home. Glad we tried the food here!

Just plain unflavored batter – light enough & crispy but too blonde. Portion was acceptable. Fish not too fishy & still flakey inside. 2nd piece the batter was wet inside.
Fries taste like they came out of an cardboard box.
Whatever they’re refilling these ancient repurposed and sticky dusty Heinz bottles it’s bland – you can drown fries or fish and not know it’s there.
Tartar sauce distressingly room temp and oddly a cream like mayo. The off brand ketchup packets are sweet bc they’re full of high fructose corn syrup.
Restaurant smells of fry, but also old folks home and antiques faire.
The owner/operator/fry cook
– “Charlie” is friendly, but clearly a shoestring staff of One. For 25 years. Struggling to keep up but served hot to order
“Napkins” are strips of paper towel shoved into napkin holder
Prices are not accurate and may even be arbitrary.
