Washington’s first Qamaria Yemeni Coffee brings the rich tradition of Yemeni coffee and chai, along with a full in-house bakery, to the heart of Redmond. We serve authentic Yemeni drinks, Arabic desserts, and an inviting space. Our café blends modern comfort with Middle Eastern heritage, perfect for gathering with family & friends, studying, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee brewed the Yemeni way.

Mufawaar coffee was just so splendid. It was bit strong but cardamom aroma – just sooo good..I loved it. The Pistachio Cheesecake is about average – you can try it but I recommend sharing. On the other hand their Mango Yogurt – it’s just so good that you don’t want to share that with anyone. The Pistachio Iced Latte is also scrumptious.
The service is not the most quickest but I would overlook that for now.
This place is pretty new – Opened around October of 2025. The ambience is amazing – I have not been to a coffee house that has better ambience that this place. Overall definitely a 4.5+ start place..

I thought it was a little expensive when I ordered Turkish coffee – but then it turns out you get the whole ibrik, which was 4 servings. I’ve also never been to another coffee shop that serves you your order all set up on a little tray, but the hospitality vibes are immaculate. The place was busy but the atmosphere in the large open seating area was very chill. Turkish coffee was bracingly strong and caramelly and lightly spiced, perfect complement to the pistachio milk cake, which was creamy without being heavy. It’s great to have a unique, quality coffee spot on the east side.

Qamaria is a very lively place. I visited on a weekend and it was a great vibe to get some work in. I ended up spending almost 4 hours there and it was super comfortable.
I tried their Marib which was good. The last few sips had a lot of coffee powder though so beware! The staff were friendly too.
One thing that was extremely disappointing was that there were no vegan food options. I’d expect any modern cafe to at least have a couple of options :/

The overall experience has been good. The cafe offers a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior aesthetics are quite impressive. Ordered one of their hot Yemeni Coffee (I don’t recall the name) but was not greatly impressed. It was served at room temperature and it didn’t taste great either.

I’ve been coming here a few times a month since it opened, and I have to say that not only are the specialty coffees and teas really good and high quality, but the desserts are great too. The savory chicken items but are a bit flat though the beef items are good, and for savory items they aren’t warmed long enough sometimes, but the staff are happy and quick to correct any issues. This would be my go-to coffee place if it was closer. 5/5 stars, will continue going here when I’m in the area.

One of my favorite coffee shops on the east side. Everything I’ve had here is delicious, including the best sweet matcha. The milk cakes are fantastic. The vibe is perfect — plenty of good seats, big windows, well kept landscaping, and a trendy aesthetic. Even better, they’re open late for remote folks!

Our order was served 30 mins after we placed it. They were extremely busy (Christmas) so that can be excused, but after all this wait, the coffees came out room temperature. Honeycomb bread was decent. Tiramisu was ok. The people working the counter were all very friendly and the ambience was nice.

Loved the vibe at Coffee Shop! The ambience is beautiful — a mix of culture, cars, Legos, and creative décor. They have a great variety of coffee, tea, Qwaha, and desserts.
My favorites were the Honeycomb bread, Rose milk cake, Adeni tea (hot and iced), and Mufawaar coffee — all fresh and full of flavor. Plenty of seating for any group size.
A perfect spot to relax and enjoy!

I’ve been to this new Qamaria location three times now, and I’m so glad they finally opened in Washington! It’s exciting to see the Qamaria franchise expanding — the Redmond spot has a warm atmosphere, great service, and a beautiful ambiance that will have you spending hours inside.
The menu has a great variety, and the desserts are consistently excellent, especially their fluffy cakes and the honeycomb bread, which they absolutely nailed (not easy to get right, so props to them!). The Adeni tea is one of my favorites, though it hasn’t always been consistent, sometimes it’s perfect and other times has a bit less evaporated milk. Still, when it’s right, it’s amazing.
The iced pistachio latte is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth (like me), and the Qamaria latte is also a must-try. My only real suggestion would be to update or note items that aren’t available , I’ve tried ordering the Araisi three times now, including before and after the grand opening, and it’s still not available. It’s one of my childhood favorites, so I’m hoping they add it soon!
Overall, Qamaria Redmond is a fantastic addition to the area. A few tweaks and it’ll easily be one of the best cafés around. Excited to keep coming back and see how they grow!

The vibes of this place are great. It was warm, lively, and full of people, which made the atmosphere really nice. However, I was disappointed with the Adeni chai. It tasted watery, and I expected a richer and stronger flavor. Still, the location and overall vibes are cool and worth visiting.
