From the moment we sat down and ordered, we felt completely unwelcomed. Our waitress seemed miserable and made it very clear she didn’t want to be there. We were a party of 10, and rather than accommodating a large group, the staff treated every basic request as a “daunting task.”
The lack of attention was frustrating.
Several items we ordered never even made it to the table. We had to ask for the same things multiple times. For a group dinner that should have been fun, the energy from certain staff was incredibly dismissive and cold.
If you are looking for high-quality meat and service that actually makes you feel like a valued guest, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are far better options in Koreatown or out in the Valley that actually know how to handle a crowd.
Save your money and skip this one.
You have 3 menu choices for each price per group not individually.
All the meats were surprisingly flavorful and aromatic after its cooked. The staff was very attentive, easy to obtain and orders come out rather quickly, the atmosphere was Melo and lively with
Korean K pop videos playing in the background as our food simmers to a crisp texture. Dessert was just ice cream, but
unlimited as well!
Overall good dining atmosphere and quality. I recommend all who live the taste of Korean cuisine to come dine here, bring your appetite, it’s worth the fair price of the menus.
The only con I would write is, the lack of side dishes, there were hardly 5 small dishes, but we came for meat, not small side dishes.
I came here for dinner. The portions are decent is size. If you’re looking to try everything, come in a bigger group. If that’s not possible you’re able to ask for smaller portions.
Their meat quality is good. It tasted especially good with the radish paper, rice paper, and salad. Their sides aren’t as good as other KBBQ restaurants though.
They have a small ice cream section where it’s self serve for Thrifty ice cream.
There’s plenty of parking.
Just went in for lunch on Thanksgiving, got told I can’t be seated because I’m one person. Their new policy is if you’re solo person Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, they will not seat you.
It’s already hard having nobody to celebrate holidays with, because your family is not here. But to be humiliated like that in front of the whole restaurant was uncalled for.
