The young lady working the speaker and the register was great. That was it. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have EVER had in my life. I ordered a chicken quesadilla on my break from work, opened the bag and pulled it out and this is what I get. Sauce caked all over the opening and interior of the bag, tortillas dry, stale and crumbling, meat looks off, I was starving having to go back to work immediately and couldn’t even eat a bite of it. Disgusted isn’t even the word.

Customer service was terrible on multiple occasions. Intercom outside/headset issues. Person taking orders constantly complaining of not being able to hear customer. They screwed my order up twice. The last time, they gave me fries instead of coleslaw. I told them about the mistake. They gave me the coleslaw, asked for the fries back and gave them to someone else, after me having my hands on them in my car at the drive through.

Disgusting food! This location is awful! I have given them a shot a couple times and both times ended up throwing away my food!!!! My nacho chips were old, stale, and just small broken pieces. My crunchwrap tasted rancid and upon opening I discovered old rancid lettuce, the hard tortilla was stale and discolored it was so old, and the flour tortilla tasted rancid as well! What a waste of money! Do NOT go to this location! The Harrisburg location and Concord Pkwy N location way out perform this location, go there instead.

I cannot say enough bad stuff about this location. The service is sometimes nasty but always subpar. They never fill anything. The bean burritos are more like tortillas with red sauce. They nacho cheese is hardly filled halfway. I called corporate one time and they didn’t do anything. I’m almost giving up on Taco Bell.

The food is good.But when I went there to eat the workers were just throwing orders on the counter and told my family that it was our food but when we sat down a supposed manager came to our table and bitched us out saying we didn’t have our order and we had some else’s food but it was actually ours except one thing but we gave her the food back but that didn’t make her happy and went on a rant about how we took some one’s food then she stormed to a trash can and threw the person’s food away that is terrible customer service and she humiliated my family in front of everybody i don’t recommend it.
