Went in and was greeted and sat immediately. The food was pretty good and good quality. (Nothing skimpy) The fried foods weren’t all oily as most can be. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I liked all the tv’s for football. There’s lots of parking in the back.

Food was good. Happy Hour is a good deal with a short list of appetizers and discounted well drinks , domestic bees and house wines. Loud music and lots of screens to watch. Not a bad afternoon hang.

A coworker and I went there today for lunch…..hour…we noticed that it looked like it was going to take a while so we decided to get our order to go. Well, about 40 minutes later we finally get our food. Now, i specifically ordered my burger well done and no onions. It looked like my burger wasn’t even cooked and yes, I got onions.
I left a message with Christine as her manager wasn’t there. So, I am stuck eating a half tuna sandwich from our cafeteria……thanks….

The manager was apologetic and I given a lunch (chicken wrap) the next day. The wrap was definitely better.

A Place with Tons Of Potential? And yes, there is a “BUT”. We Had Again Hiccup after Hiccup. This was my 3rd visit as I Had My Fantasy Football Draft to Change The Venue From Buffalo Wild Wings! On my first visit, I made arrangements with the staff to Book A Nice Room They have with management, Although The Event Is Over. I Was NEVER CALLED To Go Over Details. Of The Event. I tried twice To get Ahold of Her.BIG Hiccup #1 , service on all 3 Visits was Lacking and On 3 Visits Had To Chase Down the Server on several occasions,for service and Refills,Hiccup #2, orders on 2 Occasions were NOT what we Ordered! Hiccup#3 still Ate what was Brought.the Climate Control was Uncomfortable.belive me I Get PG&E is Brutal for us all Especially a Bussiness!Hiccup#4,The Food was Hot and good and Price Was More than Fair For Happy Hour,that Was Definitely a deal. Beer was Always Cold and Satisfying and As Always Cleanliness is appreciated. 5 stars in That Area! For the Record The Relief Waitress on the Closing Shift Was The Best Server of the 4 total we Had. She was on her Toes, Thank you to Her!…..My Group Made the Best of the Evening all the Same.Good luck with regards. Coach P. Your average person who likes to Dine.

Service was slow, the nachos that came in the plater were just nacho cheese and jalapeno. I had the carne asada sandwich and it was good flavor wise, wife had wings and she liked them.

The “Best” downtown experience, complete with sports and karaoke! The staff is absolutely the best, working double time to keep all customers happy and well-fed. My crew and I have been faithfully hanging out here every since we’ve found this hidden gem about eight months ago. We’ve never been disappointed with the service nor the food, as the bartenders and servers keep things rolling continuously. Love the place and the staff!!
We shall return! Keep up the great work!
And… of course, and update as of June 16: still the best downtown spot to hang out for superior service and attention! What a great spot to unwind after a long day at work. Us “out of towners” look for these spots that help you fit right in, as if you were a regular!! Great job Red Zone! You’ll see us again!

Worst service I have ever had anywhere. My friend and I arrive at 6:05 and placed our orders. We then sat there for 45 minutes while the waitress actively ignored us. She walked past us repeatedly and never acknowledged us even as she stopped at other tables to check on them. My friend had to go stand by the drink machine to ask for refills. Our food sat in the window for 15 minutes while we watched the waitress take orders out to people who arrived after us. My friend had to go to the bar and ask for our food. My order was made wrong, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was told that it would take a while. After another 15 minutes of waiting, my friend went to the bar again to get my order, and they hadn’t even started to remake it. It was a garden salad with chicken and no onions. Nothing difficult. When we were ready to leave, my friend had to find the waitress to ask for the check, and she was told to go pay at the bar only for the waitress to bring the check to the table next to us. When I went to the bar, the bartender was berating my friend and cursing at her for saying something about the terrible service. It was absolutely appalling. I have never been so disrespected, and I will never go back there again.
