Look I love Dairy Queen I’ve been to a lot of them all over. This one’s got good food as per usual but they need to hire atleast 1 adult per shift to watch over the highschool workers because I’ve consistently got orders back wrong and seen it happen to many others. Tonight takes the cake though. After waiting in the cold for them to solve a math problem on the difference of the drink I ordered (50 cents) they had to call manager to figure out the math. I would have left if they just did the quick math told me it was just 50 cents no biggie I love to support DQ. Got home and there was no onion rings in basket even though I got upcharged. (There was no flavoring in my blizzard either but nbd I like DQ) I went back only mentioning onion rings not fries only to be told that she remembered putting onion rings in there to which I responded I didn’t think I would need a photo but I got one. Anyways sorry for the rant but I got jaded this experience.

Dairy Queen in Rockland has likely been around for 50 years. Staff runs it well, and they always work hard to expedite orders. As to value, in my judgment, the prices and food quality and quality make this place a strong contender with other independent fast food area establishments. The little outside shaded seating that borders the parking lot is an added value during nice weather days.

This DQ is drive-up only. Got a blizzard to help benefit the Children’s Miracle Network. I love that this location has the crunch coat. They don’t have that in my home state Dairy Queens.

The changes here include not quite cooked stark white fries with no flavor, burgers that are warmer than McDonald’s, but are no longer hot off the grill with that unique flavor. However, the employees are much, much nicer and they’re open more often.

I work nearby and get lunch here all the time, I like that they do mobile orders now, my food is always ready when I get there! Staff is very friendly and the food is better than I’ve had at other DQ locations! Highly recommend

As someone who grew up in the South with Dairy Queen hot food as a Sunday treat, finding a Dairy Queen in Maine that served my absolute favorite (a chicken strip basket with country gravy) was truly nostalgic. The food was EXCELLENT for it’s price and the service was amazing. The two super kind gentlemen (who were dealing with the lunch rush like pros) running the store made my family feel taken care of despite how busy it was. We will definitely be coming back to the Rockport location again!

Only window service/outdoor seating, but it’s some of my favorite fast food. Everyone comes for the ice cream, and I love that too, but the burgers and other fast food items are great.

Be advised that this franchisee has just introduced mobile app ordering. You can no longer judge your wait time by the length of the line out front. Even if there is no line at the order window you may be 8th or 9th in line and have an extended wait ahead of you while mobile app customers and food delivery services come and go as you wait. We arrived at the order window at 11:10am and were left waiting there for about ten minutes before our order was even taken while the two person crew struggled to process what were obviously mobile app orders (they have even installed a separate mobile app pick-up window to facilitate this type of business). 20 minutes after ordering—30 minutes total– and at least 7 mobile orders filled while we waited, the server apologized for our wait (just has he did automatically for all the walk-up orders). Be forewarned—walk-up customers are now the lowest priority and placed at the back of the electronic line so that this business can conceal the actual wait times produced by electronic customers who are no longer required to wait their turn. We’ll be avoiding any business which chooses this ordering system.

Really good food, I’ve never had dairy queen and was very surprised. The cheeseburger was tasty and the fries crispy.
